1. Ընդունեք այն փաստը, որ մարդիկ փոխվում են
Դա նշանակում է, որ կփոխվեն նաեւ ձեր ընկերները, կփոխվեք եւ դուք: Այնպես որ, պետք չէ զարմանալ, եթե ձեր հայացքները եւ նույնիսկ կյանքի ուղիները բաժանվեն, յուրաքանչյուրն իր ճանապարհն ունի:
Դուք կարող եք տառապել, ձեզ կարող են դավաճանել կամ էլ դուք կանեք դա: Այնպես որ, ուղղակի համաձայնեք դրան, առանց փորձելու երկարաձգել այն, ինչն արդեն ավարտվել է: Եթե ձեր ուղիները հեռանում են, ուղղակի հետ քաշվեք:
2. Ձեզ սիրահարվելու շանս տվեք
Լուրջ հարաբերությունները կարող են վախեցնող լինել, չէ որ դրանք փակում են ազատության ուղին, բայց միթե դրա պատճառով դուք կհրաժարվեք վառ եւ թարմ զգացմունքներ ապրել:
Մի հիշեք անցյալը, մի մտածեք ապագայի մասին: Ուղղակի ձեզ թույլ տվեք սիրահարվել եւ անցյալը դուրս նետեք գլխից` ապրելով սովորական, հետաքրքիր կյանքով: Սիրահարվածությունն անպայման կգա ձեզ մոտ:
3. Մի երկարաձգեք թունավորող հարաբերությունները
Եթե տեսնում եք, որ իսկական հարաբերությունները ձեզ սպանում են, անընդհատ փչացնում են տրամադրությունը եւ ոչինչ չեն տալիս, ժամանակն է վերջ դնելու դրանց, նույնիսկ եթե դուք վախենում եք միայնությունից: Կյանքն այնքան երկար չէ, որքան դա թվում է 20 տարեկանում եւ որքան ավելի շուտ ազատվեք նրանից, ինչ կա այժմ, այնքան շատ ժամանակ կկարողանաք անցկացնել այն մարդկանց հետ, որոնք իրոք թանկ կլինեն ձեզ համար:
4. Ավելի քիչ տրվեք բուռն զվարճանքներին
Իհարկե ալկոհոլը, ընկերները եւ բարձր երաժշտությունը խտացած ուրախություն են թվում, բայց դա արագ հոգնեցնում է: Կյանքում այնքան տարբեր զբաղմունքներ կան` հետաքրքիր, անսովոր միջոցառումներ, որ բոլոր հանգստյան օրերը նույն սցենարով մշտական զվարճանքների վրա ծախսելն ուղղակի հիմարություն է:
Հետո էլ, եթե դուք ձեր ամբողջ փողը տալիս եք ակումբներում խմելուն, այն երբեք չի հերիքի այլ զվարճանքների համար:
5. Գտեք ձեր կիրքը
Յուրաքանչյուր մարդուն, նույնիսկ ամենավերջին նիհիլիստին կյանքում նպատակ, ինչ-որ իմաստ է անհրաժեշտ: Մենք այդպես ենք ստեղծված: Բայց իրական նպատակ կարող է լինել սոսկ այն, ինչն իրոք տպավորում է, անսահմանորեն ուրախացնում եւ գրավում:
Երբ մարդը նման կիրք ունի, դա կյանքում նրան ուղղություն է ցույց տալիս, աջակցում է բարդ րոպեներին: Իմ կարծիքով, արժե գլուխ ցավեցնել նման պլյուսների համար:
