Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականից մի հատված.
«Միջադեպը, որը վերջերս տեղի ունեցավ Գլոբալիզացիայի և տարածաշրջանային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար Ստեփան Գրիգորյանի հետ, թույլ է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ «ամերիկյան գործակալների» վերաբերյալ հրապարակումները հրահանգվում են եթե ոչ ԱԴԾ-ի (ФСБ), ապա, համենայնդեպս, պաշտոնական շրջանակների կողմից։ Ըստ երևույթին, ՌԴ-ում մարդիկ կան, որոնք որոշել են լրջորեն զբաղվել «գործակալներով»։ Քաղաքագետին թույլ չեն տվել մուտք գործել ՌԴ։ Սահմանին նրան տրամադրված ծանուցման մեջ հղում էր կատարվում «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մուտք գործելու կարգի մասին» դաշնային օրենքին։ Քանի որ Գրիգորյանի համար չեն մանրամասնել, թե այդ փաստաթղթի կոնկրետ որ կետի տակ է նա ընկնում, ենթադրվում է, որ խնդիրը հետևյալն է. ըստ այդ 26-րդ հոդվածի 9-րդ կետի՝ այդ երկիր չի թույլատրվում մուտքը այն օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների համար, որոնք համագործակցում են Ռուսաստանի տարածքում անցանկալի համարվող միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ։
Եվ այսպես՝ օտար պետության (ոչ Ռուսաստանի) քաղաքացին շփվում է կամ համագործակցում է ինչ-որ միջազգային կառույցների, քաղաքագիտական շրջանակների հետ, որոնց դիրրորոշումը Ռուսաստանի իշխանությանը դուր չի գալիս։ Կամ ՝ ենթադրենք, ելույթներ է ունենում ԵՏՄ-ի կամ ՀԱՊԿ-ի դեմ։ Տրամաբանությանը պահանջում է բացատրել, թե ինչով է այդ քաղաքացին վտանգ ներկայացնում Ռուսաստանի համար։ Հակառակ դեպքում դա շատ նման է մեծապետական լկտիության և ցուցադրական վրեժխնդրության ՝ պարանոյայի մեծ չափաբաժնով։
Չգիտեմ, գուցե ես էլ, որ երբեմն ռուսաստանյան իշխանությունների համար ոչ հաճո բաներ եմ գրում, հայտնվել եմ ոչ ցանկալի անձանց «սև ցուցակում», և իմ մուտքը Ռուսաստան նույնպես արգելված է։ Դա շատ ցավալի կլինի, որովհետև Տոլստոյի, Դոստոևսկու, Չայկովսկու, Պրոկոֆևի երկիրը ես սիրում եմ։ Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ այդ երկրի իշխանությունը, մեղմ ասած, հիմարություններ անելու «դարավոր ավանդույթ» ունի»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
