Արցախի հարցը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծող ուժ աշխարհում գոյություն չունի:: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Անկախության տոնի առթիվ իր շնորհավորական ուղերձում նշել է ՀՀ նախագագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, 

Շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության 25-ամյակի առթիվ:

1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ը հայոց նորագույն պատմության փառահեղ էջն է: Քառորդ դար առաջ արցախահայությունը կատարեց իր անբեկանելի ընտրությունը: Այդ բախտորոշ քայլը գիտակցված էր եւ իմաստավորված: Այդ ընտրությամբ, այդ կամքով ու վճռականությամբ ստույգ մահվան անդունդի եզրից դեպի կյանք եւ դեպի ազատություն վերադարձավ հայության ամենավտանգված հատվածը՝ արցախահայությունը:

Դուք կռվեցիք եւ հաղթեցիք անհավասար պատերազմում: Դուք կառուցեցիք մի պետություն եւ հասարակություն, որն ազատ է ինչպես երբեւէ: Դուք ստեղծեցիք բանակ, որն ամուր է եւ մարտունակ ինչպես երբեւէ: Դուք ավերակներից բարձրացրիք մի երկրամաս, որ երբեւէ այսքան խնամված ու գեղեցիկ չի եղել: Դուք ապացուցեցիք ինքներդ ձեզ, ողջ հայությանը եւ աշխարհին, որ ազատ Արցախը ոչ միայն կենսունակ է, այլեւ ունի բազմակողմանի զարգացման մեծ ներուժ:

Իհարկե, այդ ներուժը դեռ ամբողջությամբ չի իրացվել: Իհարկե, դեռ շատ անելիքներ ունենք եւ՛ Արցախում, եւ՛ Հայաստանում: Եվ իհարկե, անելու ենք մեր անելիքը: Անելու ենք համայն հայության ջանքերով: Անելու ենք ի հեճուկս բոլոր դժվարությունների եւ մարտահրավերների:

Անցած ապրիլի ռազմական գործողությունները եւս մեկ անգամ, կարելի է ասել՝ մի ավելորդ անգամ, ապացուցեցին, որ թշնամին մեծ կորուստներով հետ է շպրտվելու, եթե փորձի ռազմական ճանապարհով հարց լուծել: Ապացուցեցին, որ Արցախի հարցը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծող ուժ աշխարհում գոյություն չունի: Գոյություն չունի, որովհետեւ դուք կաք, որովհետեւ դուք հավատարիմ եք 25 տարի առաջ կատարած ձեր ընտրությանը: Չկա՛ ռազմական ճանապարհ: Կա քաղաքակա՛ն ճանապարհ:

Այսօր՝ այս նվիրական օրը, կրկին ասում եմ ձեզ. ինչպես երեկ, ինչպես այսօր, այնպես էլ վաղը դու՛ք եք որոշում ձեր ճակատագիրը: Արցախի լուսավոր ապագայի նկատմամբ մենք կասկածներ չունենք:

Կեցցե՛ ազատ ու անկախ Արցախը:
