Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը հերքել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության բանաձևից հետ քայլ անելու մասին տեղեկությունը

Գերմանիայի դաշնային կառավարությունը հերքել է Spiegel պարբերականի տարածած տեղեկությունն այն մասին, թե իրենք պատրաստվում են պաշտոնական հայտարարություն անել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող բանաձևից հեռու մնալու վերաբերյալ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով գերմանական Tagesschau-ն, այս մասին նշել է կառավարության խոսնակ Շթեֆեն Զայբերտը` հայտնելով, որ կառավարությունը չի պատրաստվում հեռացնել իրեն Բունդեսթայի բանաձևից:
«Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագն իրավունք և հնարավորություն ունի մեկնաբանելու ցանկացած թեմա ամեն անգամ, երբ տեսնում է դրա անհրաժեշտությունը: Դաշնային կառավարությունը պաշտպանում է Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի ինքնիշխանության իրավունքը»,- ասել է Զայբերտը:
Նա հավելել է, որ դաշնային կառավարությունը չի պատրաստվում միջամտել ցանկացած այլ սահմանադրական մարմնի պարտականություններին և մեկնաբանել դրանք:
Գերմանական Spiegel պարբերականը հոդված է հրապարակել, որտեղ հայտնել է, որ Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն ուկանցլերի գրասենյակը համաձայնության են եկել, որ կառավարության խոսնակ Շթեֆեն Զայբերտը մամուլի առաջ ելույթ ունենա և հայտարարի,որ կառավարությունն իրեն հեռու է պահում Բունդեսթագի կողմից ընդունված Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող բանաձևից: Մասնավորապես,կառավարության խոսնակը պետք է հայտարարի, որ Բունդեսթագի բանաձևը չունի կառավարությանը պարտադրող բնույթ:
Նախքան որոշման ընդունումը Բեռլինում քննարկումներ են տարվել, թե ով պետք է հանդես գա համապատասխան հայտարարությամբ: Spiegel-իհաղորդմամբ` արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը չի ցանկացել այդ դերը վերցնել իր վրա: Կանցլեր Մերկելի կողմիցնման քայլը ևս հնարավ որ չէր, քանի որ դա կարող էր դիտարկվել որպես զիջում Էրդողանի առաջ: Ի վերջո որոշվել է, որ մամուլի առաջ կխոսիկառավարության խոսնակ Զայբերտը:
