Այսօր մենք ձեզ մի քանի փաստեր կներկայացնենք, որոնք կապացուցեն, որ կատուները ոչ միայն շատ ֆոտոգենիկ են, այլ նաև կարող են մեզ համար շատ առողջարար լինել:

  1. Կատուները բուժում են մեզ

Կատուների մռռոցը բուժում է վերքերը: Գիտնականները դեռ վստահ չեն, թե ինչպես են կատուներն այդ ձայնն արձակում, սակայն բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ կատուները մռռացնում են, և դա օգնում է մեզ ավելի արագ վերականգնվել:

  1. Կատուները մռռացնում են հատուկ թերապևտիկ տատանումներ ունեցող ամպլիտուդով

Կատուները սովորաբար մռռացնում են 25-ից 150 Հերց հաճախականությամբ: Այս հաճախականությունն օգնում է կատուներին ավելի շուտ վերականգնել իրենց մկաններն ու ոսկորները, սակայն այդ մռռոցը նաև շատ օգտակար է մարդկանց համար: Ըստ բժիշկների՝ կատուների մռռոցն ունի ճիշտ նույն ամպլիտուդը, որը հատուկ է թերապևտիկ ամպլիտուդին, և շատ ուսումնասիրություններ կան այս ֆենոմենի վերաբերյալ: Այսպիսով՝ կատուների մռռոցը կարող է բուժել կոտրվածքները, վերականգնել վնասված մկանները և նույնիսկ կարող է օգնել ազատվել ծանր շնչառությունից:

  1. Կատուները նվազեցնում են սթրեսի մակարդակը
    Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ միջինում կատու ունեցողների մոտ ավելի քիչ հավանական է սթրես ունենալը: Շուն ունեցողները երկրորդ տեղում են, իսկ ամենաբարձր սթրեսի մակարդակը այն մարդկանց մոտ է, ովքեր ընդհանրապես ընտանի կենադին չունեն:

  2. Կատուները կարող են 40%-ով նվազեցնել սրտի կաթված ունենալու հավանականությունը:

Միննեսոտայի համալսարանի գիտնականները պարզել են, որ տանը կատվի ներկայությունը կարող է դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ ձեր սրտի աշխատանքի վրա: Մեկ այլ ուսումնասիրություն պարզել է, որ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր կատու չունեն, 40%-ով ավելի հավանական է, որ սրտի կաթված կունենան: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ պատճառն այն է, որ կատուները կարող են թուլացնել սթրեսը և ընկճվածությունը, և այդպիսով նաև կարող են նվազեցնել սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացումը:
