Առաջիկայում Երևանի Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանում կկայանա ՀՀ ԱԻՆ «Արտակարգ» քաղաքի բացումը: Կառույցի նպատակն է ամբողջությամբ բարեփոխել ու մի հարկի տակ հավաքել նախարարության բոլոր ծառայություններն ու գործակալությունները, ստեղծել երկրի կարիքներին ու ժամանակին համահունչ արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման արդյունավետ կենտրոն: Սեպտեմբերի 4-ին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատակցի օրվան ընդառաջ` «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գեներալ-մայոր Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը:
«Կառուցվում է նոր 9-հարկանի մասնաշենք` նորագույն, սեյսմակայուն տեխնոլոգիաներով ու միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան: Այնտեղ տեղակայված է ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնը, որն ապահովված է խոշոր աղետի դեպքում ինքնավար ու անխափան գործելու համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմաններով: Արտակարգ քաղաքը եզակի վայր է նաև այն առումով, որ այնտեղ ստեղծված են սայլակավոր հաշմանդամների աշխատանքի, ազատ տեղաշարժման ու ժամանցի համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմանները»,-ասաց Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը` հավելելով, որ նախարարությունում աշխատում է 35 սայլակավոր հաշ մանդամ:
Անդրադառնալով կադրերի խնդրին` Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը նկատեց, որ մեծ ձեռքբերում են գրանցել: «Եթե մենք նախկինում ունեինք 2 հազարից ավելի հրշեջ և 100 փրկարար, այսօր ունենք 3 հազարից ավելի հրշեջ-փրկարար, ովքեր և տեխնիկապես հագեցած են, մարզված են ու այն մակարդակի են, որ INSARAG(ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային որոնողափրկարարական խորհրդատվական խմբի)-ի անդամ են»,-նշեց Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանը:
Խոսելով ճգնաժամային կենտրոնների ու «911» ծառայության մասին` պաշտոնյան նկատեց, որ այդպիսինները կան բոլոր մարզերում: Այդ կենտրոնները տեխնիկապես հագեցած են, փոխկապված ու գործում են մեկ ցանցում: Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանի տեղեկացմամբ` 2016 թվականին նախարարությունը համալրվել է Ճապոնիկայի կառավարության կողմից տրամադրված շարժական կառավարման կետ հանդիսացող 6 նոր ավտոմեքենաներով: «Ճապոնիայից 28 հրշեջ մեքենաներ էինք ստացել, ևս 39-ը սպասում ենք 2017-ին երեք մարզերի համար` Սյունիքի, Տավուշի և Շիրակի»,-հավելեց ԱԻՆ պաշտոնյան:
