ՄԻՊ-ի աշխատակազմի երկու աշխատակիցներ հիվանդանոցում տեսակցել են զինված խմբի կալանավորված անդամներին

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի Խոշտանգումների և վատ վերաբերմունքի կանխարգելման վարչության իրավաբանը և բժիշկ-մասնագետը 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ին հերթական անգամ այցելել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ՝ տեսակցեու Ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած՝ կալանավորված անձանց: Ուսումնասիրվել են նրանց պահման պայմանները, իրավունքների ապահովման և բուժօգնության կազմակերպման վիճակը: Նրանց հետ տեղի են ունեցել նաև առանձնազրույցներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկացավ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից, որի հաղորդագորթւայն մեջ նշված է. «Այցի պահին «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ գործուղված բժշկական անձնակազմի կողմից իրականացվում էին վիրակապություններ ու բժշկական միջամտության աշխատանքներ:
Այցի շրջանակներում, պահման պայմանների հետ կապված, մեր կողմից արձանագրվել են պարզաբանման և լուծման ենթակա հարցեր: Դրանց մի մասը տեղում բարձրացվել և ստացել է լուծում, իսկ մյուս մասի կապակցությամբ պարզաբանումներ են պահանջվել գրավոր ընթացակարգով:
Առանձնազրույցների ընթացքում կալանավորված անձինք ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի վարչակազմի աշխատակիցների վերաբերմունքի կամ բժշկական սպասարկման առնչությամբ դժգոհություն չեն հայտնել:
«Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պահվող անձանց առողջական վիճակի հարցը շարունակվում է գտնվել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ուշադրության ներքո: Այսուհետև ևս ձեռնարկվելու են օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր միջոցները նրանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու նպատակով»:
