Վարձակալած առանձնատանը բնակվող տղամարդը որոշեց այգում թփեր տնկել և դրա համար սկսեց փոս փորել, բայց հանկարծ բահը դեմ առավ ապակյա ինչ որ բանի: Սկզբում տղամարդն ուրախացավ, կարծելով, թե ժամանակի պարկուճ կամ գանձերով լի տարա է գտել, բայց ամեն ինչ շատ ավելի սարսափելի էր:
Ապակե տարան լցված էր դոնդողանման ինչ որ հեղուկով, իսկ դրանում լողում էին տան իրական տիրոջ և նրա կնոջ լուսանկարն ու գործվածքի մի կտոր:
Տղամարդու զանգով ժամանած տանտերերը ենթադրում են, որ դա 15 տարի առաջ այդտեղ վարձակալական հիմունքներով բնակվող կնոջ ձեռքի գործն է: Դրդապատճառը հայտնի չէ: Նրան ոչ ոք վատություն չէր արել:
Տարայի պարունակությունը, որը ժողովրդական լեզվով ասած «թուղթգիր» էր հիշեցնում, այրեցին, իսկ այն փոսի մեջ, որտեղ թաղված էր այն, օրհնված ջուր լցրեցրին:
