4 արդյունավետ եղանակ դեմքի ծակոտիները քիչ արտահայտիչ դարձնելու համար

Դեմքի մաշկի խոշոր ու արտահայտիչ ծակոտիները ամենատհաճ կոսմետիկ խնդիրներից են, որոնք բազմաթիվ բարդույթներ են առաջացնում: Այս խնդրից կարելի է ազատվել ճիշտ սննդակարգի և կոսմետիկ պրոցեդուրաների միջոցով: Սակայն կան նաև ժողովրդական միջոցներ, որոնք կօգնեն արագ լուծել այս խնդիրը:

Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում 4 արդյունավետ եղանակ դեմքի ծակոտիները քիչ արտահայտիչ դարձնելու համար:

1.      Սոդայի լուծույթ. խառնել հավասար չափաբաժիններով կերակրի սոդան ու աղբյուրի ջուրը, մինչև դառնա թանձր զանգված և քսել ստացված դիմակը մաշկին: Երբ դիմակը չորանա (մոտ 15 րոպե անց) լվանալ մաշկը եռացրած, բայց սառը ջրով:

2.      Կիտրոնով ու արքայախնձորով դիմակ.  խառնել կես կիտրոնի թարմ քամած հյութը և կես բաժակ արքայախնձորի թարմ քամած հյութը, այնուհետև մաքուր ու փափուկ բամբակյա կտորը թրջել այդ խառնուրդով և դնել դեմքին: Թրջոցը թողնել 15 րոպե, որի ընթացքում հարկավոր է հանգստ պառկել ու թուլանալ, այնուհետև  լվանալ մաշկը եռացրած, բայց սառը ջրով:

3.      Վարունգով դիմակ. վարունգը կեղևազրկել և հարիչի օգնությամբ դարձնել խյուս: Ավելացնել 8-10 կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութ և 1 թեյի գդալ վարդի ջուր: Դիմակը քսել կտորի վրա, դնել դեմքին և 15 րոպե անց լվացվել եռացրած, բայց սառը ջրով:

4.      Նուշով ու լայմով դիմակ. այս դիմակի համար հարկավոր է նախապես պատրաստվել: Հարկավոր է երեկոյան նուշը դնել ջրի մեջ, իսկ առավոտյան լավ տրորել այն, մինչև դառնա թանձր խմորանման զանգված: Ավելացնել մի փոքր լայմի հյութ, որպեսզի դիմակը դառնա ոչ այդքան թանձր և ավելի հավասար տարածվի մաշկի վրա: Երբ դիմակը չորանա, լվանալ մաշկը նախ տաք ջրով, այնուհետև՝ սառը:
