Հոգեբանները վստահ են, որ էրոտիկ երազները պետք չէ ընդունել որպես թաքնված սեքսուալ ցանկություն: Եթե միայն ձեր երազներում չեք տեսնում այն մարդուն, ում նկատմամբ զգացմունք ունեք:

Ինչու՞ ենք մենք տեսնում էրոտիկ երազներ
Երազները մեր ենթագիտակցության մեջ կատարվող ամենօրյա պրոցեսների անդրադարձումն են: Քանի որ սեքսը մեր կյանքի ամենահզոր շարժիչներից է, ապա զարմանալի ոչինչ չկա, որ մենք տեսնում ենք երազներ սեքսի մասին: Որոշ մարդիկ տեսնում են ոչ թե ուղղակիորեն սեքսի տեսարաններ, այլ սեքսուալ սիմվոլներ. օրինակ տղամարդիկ տեսնում են թունելներ, բլրակներ, սարեր, իսկ կանայք՝ սիգարներ, ջուր, աշտարակներ և այլն: Այսպիսի բաներ հիմնականում տեսնում են ներքին կոմպլեքսներով տառապող մարդիկ, ուստի եթե դուք երազում հենց սեքս եք տեսնում, ապա մի անհանգստացեք. դուք բարդույթներ չունեք:

 


Հնարավո՞ր է արդյոք երազում օրգազմ ապրել
Այո, թեև կանայք հաճախ ոչ թե օրգազմ են ապրում, այլ սեքսուալ գրգռվածություն: Տղամարդիկ շատ ավելի հաճախ են օրգազմ ապրում երազում: Տղամարդկանց չպետք է անհանգստացնի սերմնաժայթքումը քնած ժամանակ: Դա հորմոնալ նորմալ պրոցես է, վնաս չէ օրգանիզմին և չի վկայում այն մասին, որ որևէ խանգարում կա:
Սերը երազում

Անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ՝

  • Ճաշին հրաժարվեք թեյից և սուրճից, թեթև ընթրիք ընտրեք: Ավելի շատ ջուր ըմպեք և մի օգտագործեք ոգելից խմիչք, քանի որ ալկոհոլը բթացնում է մարդու զգացողությունները:
  • Քնելուց առաջ խուսափեք ֆիզիկական և մտավոր աշխատանքից. ոչ մի վազք, մարմնամարզություն, ընթերցանություն և այլն:
  • Որքան հարմար կարող եք տեղավորվեք անկողնում, ցանկալի է, որ սենյակում լռություն լինի, քանի որ կողմնակի աղմուկը խանգարում է քնել և երազներ տեսնել:
  • Միանգամից մի քնեք, ուղղորդեք երազն այն ուղղությամբ, որ ցանկանում եք. պատկերացրեք ձեր սիրելիին գայթակղիչ իրավիճակում: Պետք է տեսնեք ամեն շարժում, ամեն ժեստ: Իդեալական կլիներ, եթե կարողանայիք այդպես մնալ մինչև 10 րոպե: Սկսնակները որպես կանոն շուտ են քնում, սակայն մի քանի փորձից հետո գիշերային հաճույքի ձեր սեանսը հաստատ կսկսի: Որպես կանոն այն սկսում է քնելուց 50-100 րոպե անց:
