Ակնկալում ենք մոտ ապագայում ավարտին հասցնել Հայաստան-ԵՄ բանակցությունները: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 3-ին Բրատիսլավայում ԵՄ անդամ եւ Արեւելյան գործընկերության երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման ժամանակ նշել է Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
ԱԳՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ հանդիպմանը ներկա էին նաեւ ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության եւ անվտանգության հարցերով բարձր ներկայացուցիչ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին, Հարեւանության եւ ընլայնման հարցերով ԵՄ հանձնակատար Յոհանես Հանը։
Ելույթ ունենալով նախարարական հանդիպմանը նախարար Նալբանդյանը մասնավորապես նշեց. «Հաջողությամբ տեղի են ունեցել Հայաստան - ԵՄ նոր շրջանակային համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների 4 փուլ: Հաջորդ փուլը տեղի կունենա այս ամիս եւ ակնկալում ենք մոտ ապագայում ավարտին հասցնել բանակցությունները»։
Ռիգայի գագաթաժողովից հետո ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանը միացել է Եվրոպական Միության մի շարք ծրագրերի՝ «ԿՈՍՄԵ» եւ «Հորիզոն 2020»: Մենք ակնկալում ենք այս տարվա ընթացքում դառնալ «Ստեղծագործ Եվրոպա» ծրագրի անդամ եւ սկսել Ընդհանուր Ավիացիոն գոտու համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունները, ասաց նախարար Նալբանդյանը:
Անդրադառնալով մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացմանը` Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց. «Մենք ողջունում ենք Սլովակիայի նախագահության եւ ԵՄ անդամ երկրների մտադրությունը` առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել մուտքի արտոնագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացման գործընթացին։ Մենք կարծում ենք, որ վաղուց եկել է ժամանակը Հայաստանի հետ սկսել վիզային ռեժիմի ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսությունը»,- ասաց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը։
Խոսելով Հայաստանում բարեփոխումների մասին, նախարար Նալբանդյանը շեշտեց, որ «ժողովրդավարական հաստատությունների ու հիմնարար ազատությունների ամրապնդմանն ուղղված բարեփոխումների շարունակությունը Հայաստանի համար առանցքային առաջնահերթություններ են, եւ այս առումով մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում տարիներ շարունակ Եվրոպական միության կողմից ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունը»։
