ԼՂ հարցին նվիրված Մոնտեվիդեոյի համաժողովում հռչակագիր է ընդունվել

 Ուրուգվայի մայրաքաղաք Մոնտեվիդեոյում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրին նվիրված համաժողովի մասնակիցները հռչակագիր են ընդունել, որում, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, մասնակիցները հաստատում են հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման օգտին աշխատելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով Prensa Armenia-ն, փաստաթղթում նշվում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը պետք է իրացնի իր պատմական հայրենիքում ապրելու իրավունքը` առանց սպառնալիքների և բռնության ենթարկվելու:

Ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը պաշտպանում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդական ջանքերը, որոնք ուղղված են հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, և միջազգային հանրությանը կոչ է անում քայլեր ձեռնարկել ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու, ռազմական հռետորաբանությունը դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի հակամարտությունը նոր զինված բախումների չվերածվի:

«Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որպեսզի բոլորն իմանան, որ Ուրուգվայում, որը հազարավոր կիլոմետրեր հեռու է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից, կան մարդիկ, ովքեր անտարբեր չեն այս հարցում»,- ասել է Ուրուգվայի  խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Դանիել Ռադիոն հռչակագիրն ընթերցելուց հետո:

Սենատոր Ռաֆայել Միքելինին, իր հերթին,  հայտարարել է, որ այն, ինչ իրենք ընդունում են համաժողովի արդյունքներով, արդարության ակտ է: Իրավապաշտպան  Օսկար Լոպես Գոլդարասենան ընդգծել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդն արդեն ինքնորոշվել է և ընտրել ազատ ու ինքնիշխան պետության իր մոդելը:  Իսկ Ուրուգվայի ԱԳ նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ Բելելա Հերերան հույս է հայտնել, որ իրենց նախաձեռնությունը օրինակ կդառնա ողջ աշխարհի համար:

Ուրուգվայի մայրաքաղաքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության թեմայով համաժողովը տեղի է ունեցել սեպտեմբերի 2-ին: Համաժողովին մասնակցել են օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցիչներ, հասարակական ակտիվիստներ, գիտնականներ, իրավապաշտպաններ: Համաժողովի մասնակիցների նպատակն է առաջ տանել Ուրուգվայի դիրքորոշումը Ադրբեջանի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության միջև հակամարտությունը խաղաղ ճանապարհով կարգավորելու հարցում:
