2016 թվականի օգոստոս ամսին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության «114» թեժ գիծ ծառայության միջոցով ստացվել է 5162 զանգ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ստացված զանգերից 1074-ը վերաբերել է կենսաթոշակին առնչվող ընդհանուր ճշգրտող տեղեկատվության ստացմանը, 1466-ը՝ զանգ ընտանիքի անապահովության, 267-ը՝ երեխայի խնամքի, 145-ը՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ, 164-ը՝ մայրության,
Օգոստոս ամսին ստացվել է 81 բողոք, որից 3–ը ուղղված է եղել Բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննության հանձնաժողովին, 8-ը՝ Սոցիալական ծառայությունների տարածքային գործակալություններին, 2-ը՝
Թեժ գիծ զանգահարած քաղաքացիների կողմից բարձրացված հարցերի մոտ 90 տոկոսը տեղում լուծում է ստացել, իսկ լրացուցիչ ուսումնասիրություն պահանջող մյուս հարցերին համապատասխան ընթացք է տրվել:
