Գիտնականները առանձնացրել են 5 կետեր, որոնք միավորում են ներդաշնակ զույգերին։
1. Միշտ ասել ճշմարտությունը. Միմյանց հետ ազնիվ լինելը իսկական սիրո հիմնական կանոնն է։ Եթե չկա ազնվություն, հարաբերությունները վաղ թե ուշ կփչանան։
2. Սիրող մարդիկ գնահատում են միմյանց հետ անցկացված ժամանակը. անգամ եթե դուք հագեցած գրաֆիկ ունեք և ժամանակը հերիքում է միայն գիշերվա քնի համար, ուրեմն քնեք միասին։ Սիրահար մարդիկ միշտ ունեն իրենց զուգընկերոջ կարիքը։
3. Սիրահարները չեն վախենում բաժանումից. Հարաբերությունների մեջ չպետք է կախվածություն լինի։ Հասուն մարդը ունի իր սեփական հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակը։ Վստահությունը ամուր հարաբերությունների հիմքն է, իսկ ժամանակավոր բաժանումը միայն կամրացնեն ձեր զգացմունքները։
4. Նրանք բարի են միմյանց հետ։ Ոչ մի հիստերիա, գոռոցներ, չարություն և առավել ևս բռնություն։ Եթե կա կոնֆլիկտ, պետք է լսել զուգընկերոջը և հասկանալ նրան։ Շատ խնդիրներ լուծվում են հանգիստ երկխոսությամբ և այդպես են վարվում իսկապես սիրող զույգերը։
5. Նրանք շնորհակալ են իրար.
