ռավոտյան ժամը 5-ը: Մինչ տղամարդը բացում է աչքերը, նրա տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը ակտիվության գագաթնակետին է գտնվում: Դա այն պատճառով է, որ հիպոֆիզը՝ էնդոկրինային գեղձը, որը գտնվում է ուղեղի հիմքում և ղեկավարում է տղամարդու սեռական հորմոնի արտադրությունը, «միանում» է երեկոյան, ևտեստոստերոնի մակարդակն ավելանում է մինչև առավոտ:

Կանանց տեստոստերոնը նույնպես ավելանում է երեկոյան, բայց շատ քիչ:

«Սեռական ձգողություն զգալու համար տղամարդկանց բավարար է տեստոստերոնի նորմալ մակարդակ, իսկ առավոտյան բարձր մակարդակը վկայում է, որ շաբաթական 2-3 անգամ տղամարդիկ աթնանալու են ցանկության մեծ զգացողությամբ»,- նշում է բժիշկ Էշլի Գրոսմանը:

Առավոտյան ժամը 6-ը: Եթե տղամարդը լավ է քնել, ապա առավոտյան կարող է սիրային գործերին ավելի հակված լինել: Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ որքան տևական է տղամարդու քունը, այնքան բարձր է տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը:

Առավոտյան ժամը 7-ը: Եթե արթնանալու հետ տղամարդու սեքս-հորմոնները գագաթնակետին են գտնվում, ապա կնոջ մոտ ամենացածր մակարդակին են:

Առավոտյան ժամը 8-ը: Պատրաստվում ենք հերթական աշխատանքային օրվան: Երբ երկու սեռերի ներկայացուցիրներն էլ պատրաստ են աշխատանքային օրվա սկսվելուն, նրանց մոտ բարձրանում է սթրեսի հորմոնի մակարդակը: Այն օգնում է արթնանալ ու թուլացնում է սեռական հորմոնների ազդեցությունը:

Առավոտյան ժամը 9-ը: Օրվա ընթացքում տղամարդկանց մոտ արտադրվելու է տեստոստերոնը։ Այն անհրաժեշտ է մկանների աճի և սպերմատոզոիդների աճի համար:

Կեսօր: Եթե տղամարդը ինչ-որ մեկի նկատմամբ ցանկություն է տածում, ապա օրվա այս ժամին ազդանշան է տալիս ոչ թե տեստոստերոնը, այլ նյարդային համակարգը: Գործի են դրվում քիմիական նյութերը, որոնք մեզ երջանիկ են դարձնում: Սեռական հորմոնների մակարդակի բարձրացման համար ավելի մեծ ժամանակ է հարկավոր:

Երեկոյան ժամը 6-ը: Երեկոյի մոտենալու հետ տղամարդկանց տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը նվազում է, իսկ կնոջ սեռական հորմոնների մակարդակը սկսում է աճել:

Երեկոյան ժամը 7-ը: Կանանց մոտ սեռական հորմոնների մակարդակը նախկինի նման ավելանում է: Ի դեպ, ճապոնացի մասնագետների հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ կանանց շրջանում սեքսուալ տրամադրությանը կարող է նպաստել հաճելի երաժշտության ունկնդրությունը: Իսկ տղամարդկանց տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը նախկինի նման նվազում է:

Երեկոյան ժամը 8-ը: Կնոջ սեքս-հորմոնների մակարդակը նախկինի նման ավելանում է: Իսկ տղամարդկանց տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը նվազում է: Բայց եթե տղամարդը սպորտային հաղորդում է դիտում, ու իր սիրելի թիմը հաղթում է, ապա տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը 20%-ով ավելանում է: Եթե թիմը պարտություն է կրում, ապա տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը նվազում է նույն 20%-ով:

Երեկոյան 9-11-ը: Այս ընթացքում տղամարդու տեստոստերոնի մակարդակը հասնում է նվազագույն մակարդակի, այն դեպքում, երբ կինը մոտենում է իր առավելագույն կետին:
