Վախի ֆիզիոլոգիան
Հիշու՞մ եք, թե ինչ սիմպտոմներ եք զգացել վերջին անգամ, երբ շատ վախեցած եք եղել: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ սրտի արագ բաբախյուն, կոորդիանցիայի խախտում, մտավոր քաոս: Այս բոլոր նշանները ուղեղի մի հատվածի աշխատանքի արդյունքն է, որն ընդամենը ոչ մեծ ընկույզի չափ ունի: Այսն պատասխանատու է վախի 2 ուղիների աշխատանքի համար, որոնք պետք է գործեն միաժամանակ: Առաջին ուղին վախի աղբյուրը «հետազոտում է» մեծ քանակությամբ սխալներով: Երկրորդ ուղին ավելի հստակ և համապատասխան արդյունք է ցույց տալիս, սակայն որոշ մարդկանց մոտ վախի առաջացման այս փուլը խախտված է: Այդ դեպքում մարդկանց մոտ ի հայտ են գալիս ֆոբիաներ:
Վախը վարակիչ է
Գիտնականները հայտնաբերել են, որ վախը կարող է մարդուց մարդ փոխանցվել՝որոշ դեպքերում անգամ օդակաթիլային եղանակով: Երբ մարդը վախենում է, օրգանիզմը սկսում է ֆերմենտներ արտադրել: Մենք չենք կարող դրա հոտը զգալ, սակայն շրջակայքում գտնվող մարդիկ կարող են դրա ազդեցության տակ ընկնել և անհարմարավոտություն ու խուճապ զգալ:
Վախը կարող է ժառանգաբար փոխանցվել
Փորձը, որը կատարվել է մկների վրա, ցույց է տվել զարմանալի մի արդյունք: Երկու սերնդի մկներ բալից հոտ են քաշել, և, ըստ նախատեսվածի, այնուհետև նրանց հարվածել է թույլ հոսանքը: Երկրորդ սերնդի կենդանիները, ենթագիտակցորեն ասոցացնելով նույն հոտը վախի հետ՝ ընկել են իսկական մոլուցքի մեջ և կանխագուշակել սպասվող ցավը:
Ուղեղի մարիխուանա
Էնդոկանաբինոիդները քիմիական նյութեր են, որոնք արտադրվում են ուղեղային բջիջների կողմից՝ վախը հաղթահարելու նպատակով: Նաև մտնում են մարիխուանայի, մի քանի այլ թմրանյութերի և կրծքի կաթի բաղադրությունների մեջ:
Վախը աղավաղում է իրականությունը
Այն ասացվածքը, թե «Վախի աչքերը հզոր են», օդից չէ վերցված: Վախն ունակ է աղավաղել իրական դեպքը: Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ մարդիկ հաճախ չեն կարողանում օբյեկտիվ գնահատել իրավիճակը: Վախեցող մարդու աչքերին բարձրությունն ավելի շատ է երևում, իսկ կլաուստրաֆոբին՝ փակ տարածությունը լուցկու տուփ է թվում:
