Սեպտեմբերի 1-ին բացվեցին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի հրամանատարաշտաբային ֆակուլտետի նորակառույց շենքը և ռազմական համալսարանի զոհված շրջանավարտների հիշատակին նվիրված խաչքար-կոթողը։ Արարողության ժամանակ ելույթ է ունեցել նաև ապրիլի 25-ի լույս 26-ի գիշերն Արցախում զոհված Տիգրան Պողոսյանի մայրը՝ Սիլվա Մանասյանը։ Տիգրան Պողոսյանը ծնվել է 1992թ. փետրվարի 21-ին: Տիգրան Պողոսյանը սովորել է Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտում, ապա ծառայության անցել Մարտակերտում։ Նա իր ելույթում ասել է.
«Հարգելի՛ ներկաներ, դժվար է բացատրել այն, ինչ հիմա ես եմ զգում ՝ հպարտություն, հուզմունք, թախիծ, կարոտ: Մեծ խորհրդի ներքո դարձյալ միախառնվել են վիշտն ու հիշողությունը, որոնցով մենք ապրում ենք և աղոթում: Մեր հերոս զավակների հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշակոթող-խաչքարը դարձավ սրբավայր, որը մեզ ջերմություն կտա՝ հաղորդակից դարձնելով մեզ և մեր որդիներին:
Մեր որդիները համախմբված են եղել մեկ գաղափարի շուրջ, զինվորագրվել հայրենիքի պաշտպանության սուրբ գործին և հայրենի հողի պաշտպանը եղել: Նրանք այնքան շատ էին սիրում մեր հայրենիքը, որ իրենց կյանքը տվեցին հանուն հայրենիքի:

Ապրիլյան պատերազմը ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տվեց, որ մեր աչքի առջև խիզախ, հերոսական սերունդ է հառնում, անասելի հպարտությամբ և անպարտելի ոգով: Հերթական անգամ ապացուցվեց, որ բորենի թուրքի նողկալի և սահմռկեցուցիչ կերպարին հնարավոր է դիմակայել միայն պայքարով, անձնուրաց պայքարով, մեր որդիների հերոսական օրինակով: Մեր որդիները մեզ պատգամեցին ապրել հանուն ազատության, հանուն մեր անկրկնելի մայր հողի, հանուն պատվի և հավատի, հանուն մեր ընտանիքների անսահման սիրո, հավատարմության ու նվիրումի: Փառք ու պատիվ և հոգու հանգստություն Ձեզ, հարազատ կրթօջախ վերադարձած մեր պարծանք որդիներ:
