Ամեն առավոտ ողջ աշխարհում միլիոնավոր մարդիկ իրենց օրը սկսում են մեկ գավաթ սուրճով: Սակայն գրեթե բոլոր երկրները և մշակույթները ունեն սուրճ պատրաստելու իրենց յուրահատուկ ձևը: Մենք փոքրիկ ուսումնասիորություն ենք անց կացրել և ընտրել ենք հենց այն սուրճերը, որոնք իսկապես հիասքանչ են:

  1. Ձվով սուրճ (Վիետնամ)

Հիմնական բաղադրիչներն են ձվի դեղնուց, խտացրած կաթ, շաքարավազ և տաք սուրճ:

  1. Լապլանդական սուրճ (Ֆինլանդիա)

Մինչ սուրճը լցնելը ֆինլանդացիները իրենց տեղական արտադրության պանրից մի կտոր են քցում բաժակի մեջ:

  1. Էսպրեսսո (Իտալիա)

Դասական բաղադրատոմսը ներառում է մի կտոր կիտրոն:

  1. Լագրիմա (Արգենտինա)

Փրփրալի կաթի մեջ ավելացվում է ընդհամենը մի քանի կաթիլ սուրճ: Ավելի ճիշտ կլիներ սա անվանել «սուրճով կաթ» և ոչ թե «կաթով սուրճ»:

  1. Բոնբոն սուրճ (Իսպանիա)

Սա նույն էսպրեսսոն է՝ համեմված խտացրած կաթով:

  1. Համեմված սուրճ (Մարոկկո)

Մարոկկոյում սուրճը համեմում են մի քանի հետաքրքիր համեմունքներով՝ քնջութի սերմեր, սև պղպեղ և մշկընկույզ, որոնք սուրճի հատիկների հետ ստեղծում են անսովոր, հետաքրքիր և ուժեղ ըմպելիք:

  1. Սուրճ թեյով (Հոնկոնգ)

Սուրճի և թեյի խառնուրդը հենց առաջին կումից կարող է շատ ուժեղ ազդեցություն ունենալ: Այն պատրաստվում է սև թեյի, պղպեղի, խտացրած կաթի և իհարկե սուրճի խառնուրդից:

  1. Ֆրապպե (Հունաստան)

Սուրճից, պաղպաղակից, խտացրած կաթից և մի փոքր սառեցված ջրից պատրաստված հրաշք՝ ֆրապպե անունով:

  1. Ֆարիսեյ (Գերմանիա)

Այս սուրճի տեսակը առաջին անգամ պատրաստել են գերմանացիները, որպեսզի ընտանեկան հավաքույթների ժամանակ թաքցնեն ալկոհոլի առկայությունը: Սուրճի և հարած սերուցքի խառնուրդի տակ կարելի է «թաքցնել» մի բաժին ռոմը:

  1. Կաֆե Տուբա (Սենեգալ)
    Այս սուրճին ավելացնում են գվինեական պղպեղ:

  2. Սուրճ սխտորով և մեղրով (Թուրքիա)

  3. Սուրճ նարինջով (Ջամայկա)
    Բացի նարինջը ջամայկացիները սուրճին նաև մի փոքր ռոմ են ավելացնում:
