Պատրաստման ձևը

  1. Վերցրեք խմորը, մաղելով մի փոքր ալյուր ավելացրեք տարայի մեջ աղի և փխրեցուցիչի հետ: Խառնեք, ավելացրեք կարագը, և կրկին ալյուր ավելացրեք: Ապա ավելացրեք թթվասերը և խառնեք մինչև փափուկ խմոր ստանալը: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ևս ալյուր ավելացրեք:

  2. Հարթեցրեք խմորը՝ դրա հաստությունը 3 մմ-ի հասցնելով: Ապա այն բաժանեք 20-30 սմ երկարություն և 7-8 սմ լայնություն ունեցող շերտերի:

  3. Շերտի վրա շարեք բալերի մի շարք և դրանց վրայից շաքարավազ ավելացրեք ու միացրեք խմորի եզրերը՝ գլանի տեսք ստանալով:

  4. Ապա ստացված շերտերը սպիրալաձև տեղադրեք թխելու տարայի մեջ: Պահեք վառարանում 30-40 րոպե՝ 200 աստիճանի տակ: Կարկանդակը պատրաստ լինելու դեպքում պետք է կարմիր-վարդագույն տեսք ունենա:

  5. Հանեք կարկանդակը և վրայից ավելացրեք շաքարի փոշին:
