 Հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ կառավարությանը պատկանող Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ը ռուսական «Գազպրոմ» ընկերությունը կուտակել է շուրջ 53 միլիոն դրամի պարտք: Այդ թիվը, անշուշտ, զգալի է:

Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը նշեց, որ պարտքերի կուտակումը տարիների ընթացքում է եղել, հիմա պարզապես այդ բարձրաձայնվում է:

Ըստ Առաքելյանի՝ պարտքերի առաջացումը պայմանավորված է համակարգային խնդիրներով: «Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ն այսօր պետական մասնաբաժնով հոսանք արտադրող կարևոր ընկերություններից է, քանի որ մյուս ՋԷԿ-ը՝ Հրազդանինը, պատկանում է «Գազպրոմին»: Սա ոչ թե միայն Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ի հարցն է, այլ Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի խնդիրների արդյունքն է, որը համալիր լուծում է պահանջում: Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է այդ խնդիրներն ավելի հարմար պայմաններով,երկարաժամկետ վարկերով կամ ներդրումներով կարգավորել, ինչպես դա եղավ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության դեպքում:ՀԷՑ-ը, օրինակ, արդեն շահույթով է աշխատում:

ՋԷԿ-ի պարտքը բավականին մեծ է, տպավորիչ է,սակայն այդ թիվն էներգետիկ համակարգի համար վտանգավոր չէ: Այն կարգավորվող է»,-ընդգծեց տնտեսագետը: Անդրադառնալով էներգետիկ համակարգի թափանցիկությանը՝ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանն ասաց. «Ընկերությունները լիցենզավորվում են Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորվող հանձնաժողովի կողմից, նրանց տվյալներն ու հաշվետվությունները հասանելի են: Խնդիրը թափանցիկությունը չէ: Հնարավոր է՝ վատ մենեջմենթի հետևանք լինի կամ էներգետիկ բլոկի վատ աշխատանքի կամ անարդյունավետ ծախսերի: Հիմնականում դրանք են պատճառները»:

Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ը բավականին ցածր գներով է իրականացնում էլեկտրաէներգիայի վաճառքը` ի տարբերություն Հրազդանի ՋԷԿ-ի: Տնտեսագետը նաև կարևորեց, որ ոլորտում բավական լուրջ ներդրումներ են կատարվել ճապոնական վարկերով և ներդրումներով:

Հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը՝ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ համակարգի խնդիրները կկարգավորեն և լուրջ ազդեցություն չեն ունենա:
