Բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս արթնանալուց անմիջապես հետո մեկ բաժակ ջուր ըմպել, ինչպես նաև մեկական բաժակ ջուր՝ ամեն անգամ ուտելուց 30 կամ 20 րոպե առաջ։ Ջրի պակասի ժամանակ դանդաղում է օրգանիզմի բոլոր համակարգերի գործունեությունը, ինչը հրաշալի միջավայր է ստեղծում հիվանդությունների համար։

Ըստ բժիշկների՝ նյութափոխանակության գործընթացի ժամանակ օրգանիզմում առաջանում է ներքին խոնավություն, սակայն օրգանիզմի նորմալ կենագործունեության համար միայն դա բավարար չէ։ Եթե օրգանիզմին ջուրը չի բավականացնում, ապա աղիքը դժվարությամբ է մաքրվում, և տոքսիններն ավելի երկար են մնում օրգանիզմում։ Այս ամենը բերում է նյութափոխանակման գործառույթների դանդաղեցմանը՝ մարդն արագ գիրանում է, իրեն վատ է զգում։

Բժիշկները նաև հիշեցնում են, որ հյութերը և այլ ըմպելիքները չեն կարող փոխարինել սովորական մաքուր ջրին։ Պարզվում է, որ սնուցող նյութերը բավականին խոշոր կուտակումներ են ստեղծում, որոնք անցնում են միայն միջբջջային տարածք, սակայն անմիջապես բջիջ ներթափանցել չեն կարող, դրա համար հարկավոր են ջրի մոլեկուլներ։

Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս օրվա ընթացքում պարբերաբար խոնավացնել օրգանիզմը, քանի որ նման սովորույթը կարգավորում է նյութափոխանակությունը և հյուսվածքները լցնում է ջրով։ Ջուր պետք է խմել՝ կախված եղանակից և վիճակից՝ չծանրաբեռնելով երիկամները և թույլ չտալով, որ առաջանան ուռուցքներ։ Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է առավոտը սկսել մի բաժակ ջրով, ուտելուց հետո ջուր չխմել, այլ ընդունել այն ուտելուց առաջ։ Ուտելուց միայն մեկուկես ժամ հետո կարելի է ջուր խմել։

Ջուրը պետք է դանդաղ ըմպել։ Իսկ երեկոյան ժամը 19:00-ից հետո 300 գրամից ավել հեղուկ խորհուրդ չի տրվում։
