Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը հանդիպել է Արգենտինայի Սենատի նախագահի հետ

Աշխատանքային այցով Արգենտինայում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, Հայաստան-Արգենտինա պատգամավորական բարեկամության խմբի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում են ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Սուքիաս Ավետիսյանն ու Միքայել Մանուկյանը, սեպտեմբերի 6-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Արգենտինյան Հանրապետության Սենատի նախագահ եդերիկո Պինեդոյի հետ: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը կարեւորել է լատինամերիկյան երկրների, մասնավորապես Արգենտինայի հետ սերտ համագործակցության հաստատումը՝ առանձնահատուկ ընդգծելով խորհրդարանական բաղադրիչի դերն ու նշանակությունը: Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ Հայաստանն Արգենտինան համարում է բարեկամ երկիր, ինչի վառ ապացույցն է բոլորովին վերջերս ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի այցը Հայաստանում Արգենտինայի դեսպանություն երկրի անկախության 200-ամյակի առթիվ:
Զրուցակիցները հույս են հայտնել, որ այցը լրացուցիչ խթան կհանդիսանա երկկողմ կապերի հետագա ամրապնդման եւ զարգացման, երկու երկրների հարաբերություններում առկա ներուժը վերհանելու գործում:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել է, որ միջազգային կազմակերպություններում երկու երկրների համագործակցությունը բավականին արդյունավետ է. երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի վերաբերյալ առկա է փոխըմբռնում, ինչպես նաեւ փոխադարձ աջակցություն միջազգային ատյաններում միմյանց թեկնածությունների սատարման հարցում:
Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը բարձր է գնահատել այն, որ Արգենտինայի Սենատը 2006 թվականին ընդունել եւ օրենքի ուժով դատապարտել է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավարը մասնավորապես նշել է. «Արգենտինայի խորհրդարանականները, ճանաչելով եւ դատապարտելով Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, «ոչ» են ասում թուրքական ժխտողականությանը: Սենատի նման դիրքորոշումը վկայում է Արգենտինայի՝ համամարդկային արժեքներին հավատարիմ մնալու մասին, քանի որ անցյալի հանցագործությունները ճանաչելով եւ դատապարտելով է հնարավոր միայն կանխարգելել նոր հանցագործւթյունները»: Ֆեդերիկո Պինեդոն իր հերթին նշել է, որ հպարտ է Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին օրենքի համահեղինակը լինելու համար:
Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին՝ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը դատապարտել է Թուրքիայի կողմից Հայաստանի ապօրինի շրջափակումը, ինչպես նաեւ Արցախի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի վարած ռազմատենչ քաղաքականությունը:
Կողմերը բարձր են գնահատել հայ համայնքի՝ որպես երկու պետությունների միջեւ կապող օղակի առանձնահատուկ ներդրումը հայ-արգենտինյան կապերի ձեւավորման եւ ամրապնդման գործում:
