Քչերը գիտեն, որ վարունգը հնագույն բանջարեղեն է: Այն տարածված էր դեռևս 3 հազար տարի առաջ հին Հնդկաստանում: Վարունգը 95-96 տոկոսով բաղկացած է ջրից, այդ պատճառով այն լավ է մարսողության համար, կարգավորում է օրգանիզմում ջրի և աղի հաշվեկշիռը, մաքրում է մաշկը, միզամուղ է, կարգավորում է նյութափոխանակությունը:

Վարունգով պատրաստում են լոսյոններ, դիմակներ, որոնք մաքրում են մաշկը, թուլացնում պիգմենտային հետքերը: Դեռևս մեր տատիկները պեպեններից ազատվում էին վարունգի միջոցով:

Աղցան պատրաստելիս առանձնացրեք մի կտոր վարունգ և դրանով մերսեք դեմքը. կտեսնեք, թե ինչպես կթարմանա ձեր մաշկը:

Վարունգը նաև իջեցնում է աչքերի այտուցները: Դրա համար բավական է 10 րոպե աչքերին վարունգի կլորակներ դնել:

Վարունգը նաև նպաստում է նիհարելուն: Այն շատ ցածր կալորիականություն ունի, իսկ բուսական յուղի խառնուրդի հետ կարող է օգնել 3 ժամ քաղց չզգալ: Այդպիսի դիետան խորհուրդ չի տրվում պահել 3 օրից ավելի, քանի որ դրանում չկան մարդու օրգանիզմի համար անհրաժետ բոլոր վիտամինները: Սակայն այն լավ մաքրում է օրգանիզմը:

Վարունգով դիետայի հիմքը կազմում է վարունգով աղցանը:
Վերցնել 1 կգ վարունգ, վրան ավելացնել թթվասեր կամ բուսական յուղ, մաղադանոս, կանաչ սոխ, աղ և այն պատրաստ է: Մաղադանոսը հակաբորբոքային հատկություն ունի: Իսկ կանաչ սոխը հանգստացնում է նյարդերը և մաքրում արյունը:
Այդ աղցանով կարելի է սնվել օրեկան 3 անգամ՝ ժամը 12.00, 16.00, 19.00-ին: Նախաճաշին կարելի է բարակ կարագի շերտով փոքրիկ տոստեր ուտել, ճաշին կարող եք ուտել առանց յուղի միս, հավի կրծքամիս կամ մեկ ձու: Իսկ քնելուց առաջ մեկ խնձոր, բանան կամ տանձ:
