Շարմազանովը հանդիպել է Ուրուգվայի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի նախագահի հետ

Աշխատանքային այցով Ուրուգվայում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, Հայաստան-Ուրուգվայ պատգամավորական բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը, որի կազմում են ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Սուքիաս Ավետիսյանը եւ Միքայել Մանուկյանը, սեպտեմբերի 7-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Ուրուգվայի Արեւելյան Հանրապետության Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի նախագահ Խերարդո Ամարիժայի հետ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Խերարդո Ամարիժային իր եւ իր գլխավորած պատվիրակությանն Ուրուգվայ այցելելու հրավերի համար:
Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը գոհունակություն է հայտնել, որ երկու երկրների միջեւ հարաբերությունները հիմնված են բարի կամքի, փոխըմբռնման եւ աջակցության վրա, ինչի մասին վկայում են երկու երկրների միջեւ տարաբնույթ խնդիրների բացակայությունը:
Հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է բազմակողմ համագործակցություն հաստատել լատինամերիկյան երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Ուրուգվայի հետ: Նա հույս է հայտնել, որ այցը եւս կնպաստի այդ առումով որոշակի առաջընթաց գրանցելուն:
Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն արձանագրել է, որ երկու երկրները միջազգային կազմակերպություններում սերտորեն համագործակցում եn` սատարելով միմյանց թեկնածությունները տարբեր ընտրություններում: Նա հավելել է, որ Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում այն հանգամանքը, որ ՄԱԿ-ում Հայաստանին ուղղակիորեն առնչվող բանաձեւերի քվեարկության ժամանակ Ուրուգվայը մշտապես ցուցաբերել է հավասարակշռված մոտեցում:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահն անդրադարձել է նաեւ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացին՝ մասնավորապես նշելով. «Մենք ամեն ջանք գործադրելու ենք միջազգային հանրության կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության լիարժեք ճանաչմանը հասնելու համար: Նման ոճրագործությունների զանգվածային դատապարտումը կնպաստի մարդկության դեմ ուղղված նոր հանցանքների կանխարգելմանը: Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացում Ուրուգվայն ստանձնեց առաջամարտիկի դերը՝ օրինակ ծառայելով ամբողջ աշխարհին եւ այդպիսով ցույց տալով համամարդկային արժեքներին իր հավատարիմ լինելը»:
Խոսելով ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացից՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը հանդես են գալիս հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման օգտին եւ հավելել, որ արցախահայության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացմանն այլընտրանք չկա:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը հպարտությամբ նշել է, որ հայ-ուրուգվայական հարաբերությունների խորացման հարցում զգալի դերակատարություն ունեցել է եւ այժմ էլ շարունակում է ունենալ հայ համայնքը՝ հանդիսանալով կամուրջ երկու պետությունների միջեւ:
