Մերձդնեստրի նախագահը կարգադրել Է պատրաստվել Ռուսաստանին միանալուն

Մերձդնեստրի Մոլդովական Հանրապետության նախագահ Եվգենի Շեւչուկն հրամանագիր Է ստորագրել Ռուսաստանին միանալուն պատրաստվելու մասին: Փաստաթուղթը հրապարակվել Է Մերձդնեստրի ղեկավարի կայքում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Հրամանագիրը հրապարակվել Է 2006 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 17-ին կայացած հանրապետական հանրաքվեի արդյունքների իրականացման համար: Նորմատիվ ակտն անհրաժեշտ Է «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանն ազատորեն միանալու՝ Մերձդնեստրի ժողովրդի կամքը» կատարելու համար:
Գերակա խնդիրների թվում Շեւչուկը նշել Է հանրապետության իրավական համակարգը ռուսական օրենսդրությանը համապատասխանեցնելը: Մերձդնեստրի Մոլդովական Հանրապետության կառավարությունը երկշաբաթյա ժամկետում պետք Է դրա համար ստեղծի հատուկ հանձնաժողով, իսկ մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 1-ը Մերձդնեստրի ղեկավարին պետք Է տրամադրեն օրենսդրությունների սինքրոնացման կոնկրետ պլան: Նշվում Է, որ ՌԴ-ի օրենքներին հակասող նորմատիվ ակտերը կճանաչվեն որպես կիրառման ոչ ենթակա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մերձդնեստրն անկախություն Է հռչակել 1990-ական թվականների սկզբին: Ռուսաստանը տնտեսական օգնություն Է ցույց տալիս հանարապետությանը (փորձագետների գնահատումներով՝ տարեկան օգնությունը զուգադրելի Է Մերձդնեստրի համախառն ներքին արդյունքին, որը կազմում Է շուրջ մեկ միլիարդ դոլար):
