Ամենայն հավանականությամբ դուք արդեն հանդիպել էք ստախոս մարդկանց, ովքեր անընդհատ ստում են իրենց շրջապատող մարդկանց, սակայն երբեմն երկար ժամանակ է պահանջվում ստախոսին բացահայտելու համար։ Իրականում, սուտասանին բացահայտելը այնքան էլ բարդ գործ չէ, ինչքան թվում է առաջին հայացքից։ Մարմնի լեզվի անալիտիկ և մասնագետ Լիլիան Գլասը ասում է, - «Եթե ինչ –որ մեկը սուտ է խոսում, ապա նրան բացահայտելու համար հարկավոր է միայն ուշադրություն դարձնել նրա դեմքի և մարմնի լեզվի վրա»։ Լիլիաը նույնիսկ գիրք է գրել դրա վերաբերյալ ՝ «Ստախոսների մարմնի լեզուն»։

Ծանոթ մարդու հետ զրույցի ժամանակ հանգիստ ինքնազգացողություն ունենալը սովորական բան է, բայց եթե Ձեր զրուցակիցը լարված է, ապա դա կարող է ազդանշան լինել։ Իսկ ընդհանրապես, սուտասանները փորձում են հեռու մնալ զրուցակցի, որպեսզի վերջինս ոչինչ չկասկածի։

Սա տեղի է ունենում այն պատճառով, որ սուտասանը փորձում է համոզել ոչ միայն Ձեզ այլ նաև ինքն իրեն։ Խոսքը կրկնելը նրանց ժամանակ է տալիս մտքերը հավաքելու համար։ Բացի այդ, սուտասանը կարող է հարցերին նույն բառերով պատասխանել։ Օրինակ՝ «Դու՞ էս ջարդել այն բաժակը», «Ոչ, ես չեմ ջարդել այն բաժակը»։

Ձեռքերը ցույց են տալիս մարդում ազնվությունը։ Այս իսկ պատճառով, եթե մարդը մշտապես դիպչում է պարանոցին կամ ամեն կերպ փորձում է ծածկել խոցելի վայրերը՝ կարծես թե պաշտպանվում է, ապա նա անպատճառ ինչ –որ բան թաքցնում է։

Առանց դա գիտակցելու, սուտասանը ռեֆլեքսորեն ինքն իրեն խանգարում է խոսել։ Երբ մարդիկ դիպչում են իրենց շուրթերին, ապա դա նշանակում է, որ նրանք չեն ցանկանում ճիշտն ասել։ Իսկ սուտ խոսալուն ցանկանում են խանգարել ենթագիտակցական մակարդակով։
