Որոշ ծնողներ այնքան են հոգնում աշխատանքից ու առօրյա գործերից, որ պարզապես չեն դիմանում իրենց երեխաների անհնազանդությանը: Դժվար պահերին հոգեբանների խորհուրդները դուրս են թռչում ծնողների գլուխներից, և նրանք պարզապես «հանձնվում» են:

AdMe.ru-ն առաջարկում է հասկանալ, թե որոնք են երեխաների հետ առաջացող խնդիրների հիմնական պատճառներն ու դրանց լուծման հնարավոր տարբերակները:

Գաղտնի միջոց հնարեք

Խնդիր. բնական է, որ երեխան ամեն ինչ անում է իր ուզածով ու ծնողների ասածին հակառակ, սակայն նման պահվածքն անընդհատ կրկնվելու դեպքում մտածմունքների տեղիք է տալիս: Հնարավոր է` երեխան չի լսում ձեզ, որովհետև ամեն ինչ բացատրում եք նրա համար անհասկանալի լեզվով:

Լուծում. ենթադրենք` երեխան աղբը թափում է ոչ թե աղբարկղի մեջ, այլ դրա կողքը: Այս դեպքում կարելի է ուղղակի ցույց տալ նրան, թե ինչպես են դա անում գաղտնի լրտեսները, և հաջորդ անգամ առաջարկել նույնն անել «լրտեսի պես»:

Երեխային բացատրեք, որ իրավիճակները տարբեր են լինում

Խնդիր. հաճախ լինում է, որ անքնության, հոգնածության կամ այլ պատճառներով ծնողները երեխայի հետ խաղալու կամ նրան սփոփելու համար ուժ չեն ունենում, ինչի պատճառով փոքրիկի հանդեպ զայրույթ է առաջանում:  

Լուծում. երեխային բացատրեք, որ չեք կարող ուշադրություն հատկացնել նրան, քանի որ այժմ իրավիճակը հարմար չէ, սակայն կարճ ժամանակահատված անց դա կանցնի: Երեխան այլևս չի անհանգստացնի ձեզ, մինչև հանգամանքները չփոխվեն:

Հիշեք ձեզ փոքր ժամանակ

Խնդիր. հնարավոր է`երեխայի հետ շփման մեջ ձեզ նյարդայնացնում են որոշ բաներ. համատեղ հագնվելը, մազեր հարդարելն ու նրա վարվելակերպն այդ ընթացքում:

Լուծում. եթե ձեզ զայրացնում է երեխայի քմահաճությունը մազերը սանրելու կամ լողացնելու ժամանակ, հիշեք, թե ինչպես եք ինքներդ փոքր ժամանակ «դիմացել» այդ գործողություններին: Խնդրին կողքից նայելով` ավելի համբերատար կդառնաք ու նույնիսկ հումորով կվերաբերվեք իրավիճակին:
