ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը մեկնաբանություն է արել սիրիական ճգնաժամի շուրջ ԱՄՆ և ՌԴ միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների վերաբերյալ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից , մեկնաբանության մեջ նշված է. «Մենք ողջունում ենք ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի միջև սիրիական ճգնաժամի շուրջ ձեռք բերվածպայմանավորվածությունները:
Հուսով ենք, որ, այդ պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն,բոլոր կողմերը հրադադարը գործնականում կպահպանեն, և,որպես անհետաձգելի քայլ, հակամարտությունից առավել տուժածշրջաններ կապահովվի մարդասիրական օգնության անարգելմուտքը և դրա տրամադրումը բնակչությանը: Այս առումով մեզհամար առավել մ տահոգիչ է Հալեպում և դրա շրջակայքումստեղծված հումանիտար իրավիճակը, և օր առաջ այդ շրջաններինմարդասիրական օգնության տրամադրումն ավելի քան հրատապէ:
