Այսօր` օգոստոսի 30-ին առեղծվածային դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում: Ժամը 20:50-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Մարտունի-Գեղհովիտ ճանապարհին տղամարդու դի կա: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը: Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մարտունու քննչական բաժնի քննիչները ավագ քննիչ Վիգեն Մարտոյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել է նաև դատական բժիշկը: Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Գեղհովիտ գյուղի բնակիչ 60-ամյա Դավիթ Դավթյանն էր, իսկ նրան հայտնաբերել է որդին Վահագը: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Դ. Դավթյանը իրենց գյուղում ունի սեփական բենզալցակայան: Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Տեղի ունեցածը վրաերթ է, սպանություն, դժբախտ պատահար, թե հանկարծամահություն ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են: Իրավապահները աշխատում են մի քանի վարկածի ուղղությամբ այդ թվում, որ հնարավոր է Դ. Դավթյանը մեկ այլ տեղ է մահացել, իսկ դին տեղափոխել են նշված վայր:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
