Հայաստանի բարձրագույն խմբի առաջնությունում տեղի ունեցան առաջին շրջանի վերջին տուրի հանդիպումները: «Արմենպրես»-ը հայտնում է, որ ավարտված 5 տուրերից հետո Հայաստանի առաջնությունում առաջատարը Գյումրիի «Շիրակ»-ն է` վաստակած 13 միավորով:

5-րդ տուրի մեկնարկը տրվեց Երևանի «Ալաշկերտ» ստադիոնում, որտեղ տեղի համանուն թիմը ուժերը չափեց Երևանը ներկայացնող մեկ այլ ակումբի` «Արարատ»-ի հետ: Հայաստանի բարձագույն խմբի առաջնության գործող չեմպիոնն առաջին կեսում անակնկալ գոլ բաց թողեց, որը հետագայում բարդացրեց Աբրահամ Խաշմանյանի թիմի գործերը: Գոլի հեղինակը «Արարատ»-ի կազմում Կիրիան Նվաբուեզեն էր: 2-րդ կեսում «Ալաշկերտ»-ի կազմում խաղադաշտ դուրս եկավ Արթուր Եդիգարյանը, ով րոպեներ անց հավասարեցրեց խաղի հաշիվը: «Արարատ»-ը բաց թողած գնդակից հետո էլ տիրեց նախձեռնությանը և 2 գնդակ ուղարկեց «Ալաշկերտ»-ի դարպասը:  Նախ Կիրիան Նվաբուեզեն դուբլ գրանցեց իր օգտին, այնուհետև գոլի հեղինակ դարձավ Նասիմ Արոն Կպեհիան`3-1: «Արարատ»-ը տարավ առաջին հաղթանակն այս առաջնությունում:

Առաջնության միակ մարզային դերբիում «Գանձասար-Կապան»-ը հանդիպեց «Շիրակ»-ի հետ: Ամբողջ խաղի ընթացքում գրանցվեց միայն մեկ գնդակ: Խաղավարտին «Շիրակ»-ին հաղթանակ պարգևեց Արամ Մուրադյանը:

Տուրի վերջին խաղում «Փյունիկ»-ը սեփական դաշտում հանդիպեց «Բանանց»-ի հետ: Առաջին կեսում փյունիկցիները ավելի լավ տեսք ունեին և կարողացան բացել խաղի հաշիվը: Գոլի հեղինակ դարձավ Վարդան Պողոսյանը: 2-րդ կեսում «Բանանց»-ը ակտիվացավ և կարողացավ Վլատկո Դրոբարովի ջանքերով հավասարեցնել խաղի հաշիվը: Բաց թողած գոլից հետո «Բանանց»-ը ավելի վստահ էր գործում և մոտ էր հաշվի մեջ առաջ անցնելուն, սակայն խաղավարտին «Փյունիկ»-ի արագ հակագրոհը տվեց իր արդյունքը: Էրիկ Պետրոսյանը դրամատիկ խաղում հաղթանակ պարգևեց իր թիմին 2-1 հաշվով:< /p>

Առաջնությունում 5 տուրից հետո 13 միավորով առաջատարը «Շիրակ»-ն է: 2-րդ տեղում 8 միավորով «Ալաշկերտ»-ը, իսկ լավագույն եռյակը եզրափակում է «Փյունիկ»-ը` վաստակած 7 միավորով:
