Adme.ru կայքը գրում է, որ գիտնականները պարզել են, որ օրվա ընթացքում մենք երեխային 12.5 րոպե ենք տրամադրում։ Դրանցից 8.5 րոպեն ծախսվում է մեղադրանքների և արգելքների վրա։ Ընդամենը 4 րոպե է մնում ընկերական շփման համար։ Գրող Ջեյմի Հարինգթոնը ձևակերպել է 4 հարց, որոնք պետք է տալ երեխային ամեն օր։ «Ձեր երեխաներին բաց հարցեր տվեք, որոնց նա չի կարող պատասխանել «այո» կամ «ոչ»։ Դա երեխաներին թույլ է տալիս նկարագրել իրենց զգացմունքներն ու գնահատել իրենց քայլերը»,- ասում է նա։

1. Ինչպե՞ս անցավ օրդ։ «Մի լռիր, ես հարց եմ տվել։ Ի՞նչ ես կմկմում, նորմալ խոսիր»,- չի կարելի այսպես խոսել երեխայի հետ։ Դրա փոխարեն՝ ասեք նրան՝ «Եթե ցանկանաս, հետո կպատմես։ Իսկ ես ճաշին հանդիպել եմ ընկերուհուս, ում 4 տարի շարունակ չէի հանդիպել։ Պատկերացնո՞ւմ ես»։

2. Ինչպե՞ս են ընկերներիդ գործերը։ Չի կարելի երեխային ասել՝ «Ի՞նչ Պետյա։ Ես քեզ արգելում եմ շփվել նրա հետ, քանի դեռ ինքս չեմ տեսել»։ Դրա փոխարեն՝ երեխային ասեք՝ «Պատմիր ինձ լավագույն ընկերոջդ մասին։ Ի՞նչ հաճելի բան է արել նա քեզ համար»։

3. Օրվա ընթացքում ի՞նչ լավ բան է տեղի ունեցել քեզ հետ։ «Ինչպե՞ս թե՝ ոչ մի լավ բան։ Չի կարող լինել, մի՛ ստիր». այս խոսքերը երբեք չասեք ձեր երեխային։ Դրա փոխարեն՝ կարող եք ասել նրան՝ «Մի՛ տխրիր, արի միասին մի բան մտածենք։ Ուզո՞ւմ ես կինո գնանք»։ Տարբերակներ գտեք երեխային ուրախացնելու համար։

4. Իմ օգնության կարիքն ունե՞ս։ «Ինձ տուր, տուր, ես ինքս կանեմ». մի ասեք այս խոսքերը ձեր երեխային։ «Լավ է, որ ինքդ ես ցանկանում գլուխ հանել։ Դիմիր ինձ, եթե օգնության կարիք ունենաս»,- այս խոսքերը կարող են փոխարինել նախորդին։

Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, թե որքան դժվար է օգնություն խնդրել։ Երեխան, ով մանրուքների դեպքում սովոր չէ օգնություն ստանալ, դժվար թե դիմի ձեր օգնությանը բարդ իրադրության դեպքում։ Այդ պատճառով էլ սկսեք փոքրից. առաջարկեք օգնել մաքրել սենյակը, օգնեք տնային աշխատանքներն անել։ Որքան օգնեք երեխային փոքր հարցերում, այնքան մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ լուրջ կոնֆլիկտի դեպքում նա խորհուրդ ստանալու համար կդիմի ձեզ։ Ընդ որում, սա չի նշանակում, թե պետք է սկսել ամեն ինչ անել երեխայի փոխարեն։

Լսելով ձեր երեխայի պատմությունը՝ մի ընդհատեք նրան և մի շտապեք դատողություններ անել, մեկնաբանություններ արեք, երբ նա ցանկանում է դա։ Մի մոռացեք գրկել երեխային, համբուրել նրան, բռնել ձեռքը։ Եթե տրամադրություն չունեք կամ ժամանակ, այդ մասին պարզ ասեք երեխային և պայմանավորվեք, թե երբ կարող եք շփվել։
