Քաշաթաղի Հերիկի նորակառույց դպրոցն անվանակոչվել է Ռոբերտ Աբաջյանի անունով

ԼՂՀ Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Հերիկ գյուղի նորակառույց դպրոցն անվանակոչվել է Արցախի հերոսի Ռոբերտ Աբաջյանի անունով: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Հայրենասեր» կազմակերպության նախագահ Նելլի Մարտիրոսյանը:
Դպրոցը կառուցվել է հենց «Հայրենասեր» կազմակերպության հանգանակությունների միջոցներով:
«Իմացիր, որ քո պաշտպանածը շենացնելու եմ Հերիկի պես այնքան ժամանակ, որքան կենդանի եմ ու շնչում եմ։ Ես քեզնից ժառանգություն եմ ստացել հայոց հող, որը մեկ անգամ ևս սրբացավ քո ու քո զինակից ընկերների արյունով»,- գրել է Նելլի Մարտիրոսյանը:
Ռոբերտ Աբաջյանը զոհվել է ապրիլի 2-ի գիշերը՝ Մարտակերտի ուղղությամբ տեղակայված իրենց դիրքը անձնազոհաբար պաշտպանելիս: Գնդի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Ալիկ Սարգսյանը պատմել է, որ կապիտան Արմենակ Ուրֆանյանի ղեկավարած վաշտի փոքրաթիվ զինվորները ռազմական գործողությունների առաջին գիշերը մի քանի անգամ հետ են շպրտել հակառակորդի՝ իրենց բազմիցս գերազանցող ուժերին՝ անհավասար մարտում ցուցաբերելով բացառիկ մարտունակություն եւ հերոսություն: Հակառակորդը նախ հրետակոծել էր նրանց պահպանության տակ գտնվող դիրքը, ապա գործի դրել տանկերն ու հետեւակը: Առաջին գրոհը տղաները հաջողությամբ հետ են մղել, ապա շարքից հանել են հակառակորդի մեկ տանկ եւ տապալել գրոհի երկրորդ փորձը: Ամբողջ ընթացքում վաշտը կռվել է հակառակորդի ինտենսիվ հրետակոծության տակ՝ ոչ մի քայլ չնահանջելով: Կապիտան Ուրֆանյանն ու շարքային Քյարամ Սլոյանը զոհվել են արկի պայթյունից, շարքային Անդրանիկ Զոհրաբյանը վիրավորվել է, ինչից հետո Ռոբերտ Աբաջյանն իր վրա է վերցրել դիրքի պաշտպանությունը եւ միայնակ շարունակել մարտը պատնեշի վրայով:
Երբ հակառակորդը դիտակետերը շրջանցելով՝ ներթափանցել է դիրք, Ռոբերտ Աբաջյանը վիրավորվել է, վիրավորված Անդրանիկ Զոհրաբյանին իր հետ տանելով՝ նահանջել է մինչեւ վերջին խրամախորշ, որտեղից կապ է հաստատել գումարտակի հրամանատարի հետ, նրան մարտի մասին կարեւոր տեղեկություններ հաղորդել եւ շարունակել է կրակել մինչեւ իր մոտ եղած վերջին փամփուշտը: Իսկ երբ հակառակորդը մոտեցել է, դուրս է եկել, պարզել իր մոտ մնացած միակ նռնակը՝ իբր ուզում է հանձնվել, ապա պայթեցրել է իրեն ու հակառակորդի մի քանի զինվորների:
