«Քաղաքական կուլիսներում խոսվում Է, որ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը նույնպես առաջիկայում չի վերանշանակվի։ Ըստ նույն շրջանակների, վարչապետի թեկնածու Կարեն Կարապետյանը մի շարք այլ նախարարների հետ միասին ապագա կառավարությունում չի ցանկանում նաև նրան տեսնել, հատկապես որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Կարապետյանին կադրային փոփոխությունների հարցում ազատության Է տվել։
Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի փոխարեն, ինչպես քննարկվում է քաղաքական կուլիսներում, արդարադատության նախարար կարող Է նշանակվել սահմանադրագետ Վարդան Պողոսյանը, որը, սակայն, առայժմ իր համաձայնությունը չի տալիս դրա համար։ Մենք փորձեցինք շրջանառվող այս տեղեկությունների վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանության ստանալ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանից և Վարդան Պողոսյանից։ Երկուսն էլ հեռախոսազանգերին չպատասխանեցին։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Պողոսյանը Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ էր։
Ռուսական «Интерфакс» գործակալությունն էլ, հղում կատարելով Հայաստանի կառավարությունում իր աղբյուրներին, հայտնում Է, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, հավանաբար, կնշանակվի ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար»,–գրում է թերթը։
