«Այսօր Հայաստանի բոլոր դպրոցներում սկսվում է նոր ուսումնական տարին, սակայն բազմաթիվ հիմնականում լեռնային շրջանների գյուղերում առաջին դասարանցիների համար սեպտեմբերի 1-ի զանգը չի հնչի։ Օրինակ՝ ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Աղվանի գյուղը արդեն երեք տարի է, ինչ առաջին դասարանի աշակերտ չի ունենում։ «Մի ծվարած դպրոց ունենք՝ իր երեք աշակերտներով։ Նախորդ տարի աշակերտների թիվը 7-ն էր, բայց ծնողները տարան գյուղից, իսկ այս երեքի ծնողներին խնդրեցինք, որ պահեն։ Տեսնենք՝ հետո ինչ կլինի»,– «Ժողովուրդ»–ի հետ զրույցում տխուր ձայնով նկարագրեց Աղվանիի գյուղապետ Աշոտ Սուքիասյանը։ Դպրոցական զանգը չի հնչի ևաև Արագածոտնի մարզի Դպրեվանք, Օթևան, Վայոց Զորի Փոռ, Սյունիքի մարզի Շրվենանց, Տավյտա. Շիրակի մարզի Կաքավասար, Լեռնագյուղ և այլ համայնքներում։ Այս իրավիճակն լիարժեք բնութագրում է արտագաղթի կործանարար հետևանքները։ Բայց բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին ոչինչ չի խանգարի այսօր մայրաքաղաքի շքեղ դպրոցներում ֆոտոսեսիա կազմակերպել»,–գրում է թերթը։
