Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի 5 խմբակցություններ նախաստորագրել են ընտրական գործընթացների վերահսկման մեխանիզմների ներդրման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովի նիստի մեկնարկին տեղեկացրեց ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը: «Մենք նախաստորագրումից հետո հանդիպել ենք նաև դոնորների հետ, և կարող եմ ասել, որ այդ համաձայնագրի կետերն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ 9 միլիոն դոլ արն ամբողջությամբ կա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Զուրաբյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ իրենց կարծիքն են հայտնել նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչները: «Նրանք հայտարարություն են տարածել, որում ասվում է, որ ստորագրված ցուցակների հրապարակման, բոլոր տեղամասերում տեսախցիկների տեղադրման և ընտրական գործընթացի տեսանկարահամնան վերաբերյալ համաձայնությունն արդեն առաջընթաց է: Քանի որ մենք ունենք անհրաժեշտ գումարները և քաղաքացիական հասարակության դրական կարծիքը, ես կոչ եմ անում հնարավորինս արագ կազմակերպել համաձայնագրի վերջնական ստորագրման գործընթացը և ձեռնամուխ լինել ըտրական օրենսգրքում համապատասխան փոփոխություններին»,- եզրափակեց Զուրաբյանը:
Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են ԱԺ ՀՀԿ, ՀՅԴ, ՀԱԿ, ՕԵԿ և ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունները:
