ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի թեկնածուն խոստանում է ընտրվելու դեպքում հետևողական լինել մարտի 1-ի հանցագործությունների բացահայտման հարցում

 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի թեկնածու Արթուր Դավթյանը ընտրվելու դեպքում խոստանում է քայլեր ձեռնարկել մարտի 1-ի հանցագործությունները բացահայտելու և հանրությանը քրեական գործի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ տրամադրելու ուղղությամբ: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի ընտրության հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ, պատասխանելով ՀԱԿ խմբա կցության պատգամավոր Արամ Մանուկյանի հարցին, նա ընդգծեց, որ շատ լավ գիտակցում է, որ մարտի 1-ի հանցագործությունների դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործը հուզում է հանրությանը, ուստի իր գործունեությունը պայմանավորված է լինելու հենց այդ հանգամանքով:

«Ես այն սկզբունքի կողմնակիցն եմ, որ, որպես կանոն, չբացահայտվող հանցագործություններ չպետք է լինեն, այլ հարց է, թե մեր ռեսուրսները, օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ հնարավորությունները որքանով են թույլ տալու, որ մենք կոնկրետ դեպքում ունենանք օբյեկտիվ ճշմարտության բացահայտում: Նախորդ դատախազը որոշակի դատավարական մեխանիզմներ իրականացրեց, որոնք պետք է ապահովեին քննության հետագա արդյունավետությունը: Այս պահին էլ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը գտնվում է ընթացքի մեջ, քրեական գործի վարույթը կասեցված չէ: Որպես մեր հանրությանը հուզող կարևոր քրեական գործ, գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում ընտրվելուց հետո այդ գործի մանրամասն ուսումնասիրությունը, դրա բացահայտումը և հանրությանը տեղեկություններ տրամադրելը ինձ համար առաջնահերթություններից մեկն է լինելու»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Դավթյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ այս պահին քրեական գործի վերաբերյալ նոր մանրամասներ չի կարող ներկայացնել, որովհետև քրեական գործերի հետ շփվելու առիթ իր գործունեության ընթացքում չի ունեցել, սակայն շատ լավ է պատկերացնում, որ մեր հանրությունը մեծ հետաքրքրություն ունի գործի նկատմամբ:
