Լևոն Զուրաբյանը ստորագրված ցուցակների հրապարակման հարցը լուծված է համարում

Իշխանությունների և ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի միջև ընտրական գործընթացների վերահսկման մեխանիզմների ներդրման վերաբերյալ նախաստորագրված փաստաթղթով նախատեսվում է հրապարակել ստորագրված ընտրական ցուցակները: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը: «2003 թվակաÕ �ից մեր ողջ հասարակությունը, ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, քաղհասարակությունը պահանջում է ստորագրված ցուցակների հրապարակումը, և դուք գիտեք, որ իշխանությունները միշտ դիմադրել են դրան: Այդ հարցն արդեն լուծված կարելի է համարել իշխանության և ընդդիմության միջև նախաստորագրված հայտարարությամբ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Զուրաբյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իշխանությունները քննարկումների արդյունքում ընդառաջ են գնացել ընդդիմության և քաղաքացիական հասարակության պահանջին: «Սեպտեմբերի 10-ին տեղի ունեցավ նախաստորագրումը, որին մասնակցեցին հինգ խմբակցություն: Նախաստորագրման գործընթացին մասնակցել են նաև այն հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները, ում հետ մենք այս ողջ ընթացքում խորհրդակցել ենք: Դա նաև մեր պահանջն էր իշխանության առաջ»,- ասաց Լևոն Զուրաբյանը:
ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը նաև նշեց, որ բարդ աշխատանքի արդյունքում ի վերջո հասել են հաջողության՝ նկատելով, որ արդեն իսկ լուծված է նաև ֆինանսական միջոցների հարցը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են նախատեսվող փոփոխությունները կյանքի կոչելու համար: «Մեզ դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է մոտ 9 միլիոն եվրո գումար: Դրա համար շատ կարևոր է հասկանալ՝ մենք այդ գումարը կարողանու՞մ ենք հայթայթել, թե՞ ոչ: Դոնորների հետ մեր հանդիպումների արդյունքում եկել ենք այն եզրակացության, որ ամբողջ գումարը կա: Դրան մասնակցելու են ԵՄ-ն, ԱՄՆ-ն, Գերմանիան և Մեծ Բրիտանիան»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ փաստաթուղթը վերջնականապես ստորագրելու համար իրենց անհրաժեշտ էր նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների համաձայնությունը, որն արդեն կա:«Քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչներն այսօր տված մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել են, որ համաձայնությունը գնահատում են առաջընթաց: Փաստորեն մենք ստացել ենք քաղհասարակության հավանությունը, համաձայնությունը վերջնական ստորագրելու այս փաստաթուղթը»,- նկատեց պատգամավորը:
Զուրաբյանը դժվարացավ պատասխանել հարցին՝ ե՞րբ է ստորագրվելու փաստաթուղթը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ կկապվի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ում հետ այս ընթացքում բանակցել են և ժամկետների մասին տեղյակ կպահի:
