3. Ճակընդեղը շատ երկար է եփվում, 3-3:30 ժամ: Պրոֆեսիոնալ խոհարարները եփում են ճակնդեղը հետևյալ կերպ: Այն բանից հետո, որ ճակնդեղը եռռում է 30 րոպե, թափում են ջուրը և դնում հոսող սառը ջրի տակ, 15 րոպեով: Ջերմաստիճանի նվազումը հասցնում է ճակնդեղը պատրաստ վիճակի:
4. Խմորիչների փոխարեն խմորի մեջ կարելի է ավելացնել մի քիչ կոնյակ և այդպես խմորը կդառնա ավելի բուրավետ, իսկ խմորեղենը ավելի համեղ:
5. Ձվի սպիտակուցը ավելի արագ կվերածվի փարթամ փրփուրի,եթե նախապես այն սառեցնեք և ավելացնեք մի քանի կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութ: Իսկ դեղնուցի հետ այլ կերպ են վարվում, այն սիրում է տաքություն և շաքար:
6. Որպեսզի տապակեք միսը ոսկեգույն կեղևով, պետք է այն պատեք մեղրով:
7. Լյարդը փափուկ կլինի, եթե տապակելուց առաջ վրան շաքար լցնեք:
8. Որպեսզի ձվերը եփվելուց չպայթեն, նրանք պետք է լվանալ մինչև եփելը սառը ջրի մեջ:
9. Որպեսզի գազարը լավ համ ունենա, այն պետք է եփել 5-10 րոպե: Այնպես ինչպես այլ բանջարեղենները, գազարը նույնպես լավ կրակի վրա են պատրաստում և եփվելուց հետո աղ են ավելացնում:
10. Որպեսզի յուղը/կարագը տապակվելիս չցայտի կարելի է տապակին փոքր ինչ աղ ցանել:
