«Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նախագահությամբ երեկ շարունակվեց Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի և ընկերների գործով հերթական դատական նիստը։
Գործով վկա Վարդգես Իսպիրյանը, կալանավոր Դավիթ Իսպիրյանի եղբայրն է։ Հենց Դավիթին էր դեպքի օրը տեսակցության գնացել Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկը։ Ըստ Վարդգեսի ցուցմունքների՝ նա եղբորը տեսակցության է գնացել իր հոր սանիկի Աշոտ Ղազարյանի հետ։ Վկան եղբորից Դավիթից է իմացել, որ նրան տեսակցելու պիտի գնա նաև Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկը։ Իսպիրյանն ու Ղազարյանը «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ են հասել տարբեր մեքենաներով, ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում հանդիպել են ՔԿՀ-ի մոտ։ Տեսակցությունների սենյակում Իսպիրյանն ու Ղազարյանը տվել են իրենց փաստաթղթերը տեսակցության թույլտվություն ստանալու համար, բայց ասել են, թե իրենց հետ «երրորդ անձ» էլ կա, որը շուտով կմոտենա։ Աշխատողներն ասել են, թե երրորդ անձի ներկայանալուց հետո նոր կզբաղվեն նրանց հարցով։ ժամը 13.45-ի սահմաններում ՔԿՀ ավտոկայանատեղի է հասել Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի սպիտակ «Լեքսուսը»։ Սպասողները պատրաստվել են մոտենալ, երբ հանկարծ խառը կրակահերթեր են լսվել։ Դրանք դադարելուն պես Վարդգես Իսպիրյանն ու Աշոտ Ղազարյանը մոտեցել են «Լեքսուսին», տեսել են, որ վարորդի դռան կողմում, մեքենայի կողքին ընկած են Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկն ու Մոսոն, իսկ մյուս կողմում Լյովիկի մյուս ընկերը՝ Դերոն։ Նրանք արնաշաղախ Լյովիկին դրել են պատահական մի մեքենայի հետևի նստատեղին և վարորդին կարգադրել են նրան տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց։ «Լեքսուսի» կողքին ընկած վիրավոր Լյովիկին քարշ տալով տեղափոխեցինք մեքենայի մեջ... Լյովիկին մեքենայի մեջ դնելիս շալվարս արյունոտվել էր. գնացի տուն ու փոխեցի... Լյովիկին մեքենայի մեջ դնելիս էլի կրակահերթ լսվեց։ Նա դեռ ողջ էր, ինձ թվաց նա խոր շունչ քաշեց։ Ես ուզում էի, որ նրա կյանքը փրկվեր»,–իր ցուցմունքում պատմել է Վարդգեսը։ Նրանք հետո նստել են Իսպիրյանի ծանոթի մեքենան ու գնացել են Սարի թաղ իրենց թաղամասը։ Ճանապարհին իմացել են, որ Լյովիկը հիվանդանոցի ճանապարհին մահացել է։ Հաջորդ վկան Աշոտը, Լևոն Ղազարյանի ազգականն է։ Նրա նախաքննական ցուցմունքների հրապարակումը ընդհատվեց էլեկտրականության մատակարարման խափանման պատճառով, այն կհրապարակվի սեպտեմբերի 20-ի նիստում»,–գրում է թերթը։
