Սիրիական ընդդիմության բոլոր խոշոր խմբավորումները հավաստիացրել են ԱՄՆ-ի  կառավարությանը, որ մտադիր են պահպանել հրադադարը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս հայտարարությամբ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին լրագրողների համար անցկացված հատուկ բրիֆինգի ժամանակ հանդես Է եկել ԱՄՆ-ի վարչակազմի ներկայացու ցիչը: Նրա հետ միասին այդ բրիֆինգին, որը կազմակերպել Էր Պետդեպարտամենտը, մասնակցել Է ամերիկյան վարչակազմի եւս մեկ ներկայացուցիչ:

Ինչպես նշել Է այդ ներկայացուցիչներից առաջինը, «եթե որեւԷ ընդդիմադիր խմբավորում… գրոհներ Է ձեռնարկում Սիրիայի վարչակարգի դեմ, ապա նա իրեն դուրս Է դնում թշնամական գործողությունների դադարեցման ռեժիմից»: «Բայց մենք խոսել ենք ընդդիմադիր խմբավորումների հետ: Բոլոր խոշոր ընդդիմադիր խմբավորումները մեզ հայտարարել են, որ ցանկանում են շանս տալ այս զինադադարին, եւ այդ մասին մենք իրազեկել ենք ռուսներին»,- ասել Է բրիֆինգը վարողը:

Այսպիսով, արձանագրել Է նա, «ներկա պահին» բոլոր ուժերը, «բացառությամբ Ջեբհաթ ան Նուսրայի» եւ «Իսլամական պետության», պետք Է պահպանեն հրդադարի ռեժիմը: «Ջեբհաթ ան Նուսրան» վերջերս վերանվանվել Է «Ջեբհաթ Ֆաթհ աշ Շամ»:

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել Է, Սիրիայում ժամանակավոր զինադադարի արդեն առաջին օրը, զինադադար, որն ուժի մեջ Է մտել սեպտեմբերի 12-ի երեկոյան, հումանիտար կազմակերպությունները քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում զոհերի թվի կտրուկ կրճատում են արձանագրել: Ինչպես հայտարարել Է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ Սիրիայի խնդրով հատուկ դեսպանորդ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրան, այժմ գերակա խնդիր Է դառնում մարդասիրական օգնություն հասցնելը Հալեպ քաղաքի արեւելյան շրջաններ, որոնք գտնվում են սիրիացի ապստամբների հսկողության ներքո:  

Ըստ որում Դամասկոսն արդեն նախազգուշացրել Է, որ առանց իր հավանության թույլ չի տա որեւԷ բան ուղարկել Հալեպի՝ ապստամբների հսկողության տակ գտնվող շրջաններ:

Սիրիայում զինադադարն ուժի մեջ Է մտել սեպտեմբերի 12-ի երեկոյան: Դրա պայմանները երկարատեւ բանակցություններից հետո համաձայնեցրել են Ռուսաստանը, որը համագործակցում Է Սիրիայի պաշտոնական իշխանությունների հետ, եւ ԱՄՆ-ը, որն ազդեցություն ունի ապստամբական խմբավորումների շրջանում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
