Հավանաբար դուք հանդիպած կլինեք այնպիսի խաբեբաների, ովքեր միշտ փորձում են հիմարեցնել մարդկանց: Սակայն սուտը նկատելն այդքան էլ դժվար չէ: Վերլուծաբան և մարմնի լեզվի մասնագետ բժիշկ Լիլլիան Գլասսն ասում է. «Եթե կարծում եք, որ ձեր զրուցակիցն անկեղծ չէ և խաբում է, ուրեմն ուշադրություն դարձրեք նրա դեմքի արտահայտությանը և շարժումներին:»

Այսօր մենք ձեզ կներկայացնենք 8 խորհուրդներ Լիլլիան Գլասսից, որոնք կօգնեն ձեզ ճանաչել իսկական խաբեբաներին:

  1. Նա պտտում է գլուխը
    Եթե ուղիղ հարց եք տալիս և ձեր զրուցակիցը սկսում է գլուխը պտտել, ուրեմն ուշադիր եղե՛ք. նա ամենայն հավանականությամբ ստում է ձեզ:

  2. Նրա ուսերը, շնչառությունը, ձայնը
    Եթե նա նյարդային է և միևնույն ժամանակ փորձում է ձեզ ստել, նրա շնչառությունը ավելի է ծանրանում, ձայնն իջնում է և ուսերը բարձրանում են:

  3. Նա ուղիղ է կանգնում
    Նորմալ է հանգիստ կանգնելը և մոտ մարդու հետ զրուցելը, սակայն եթե ձեր զրուցակիցը շատ լարված է, ուրեմն դա արդեն իսկ զգուշացում է ձեզ: Հիմնականում ստախոսները փորձում են ձեզնից հեռու կանգնել, որպեսզի ոչ մի բանում չկասկածեք:

  4. Դժվարանում է մտքերն արտահայտել
    Սա հաճախ պատահում է այն ժամանակ, երբ ձեր դիմացինը փորձում է ոչ միայն ձեզ համոզել իր ճշմարտացիությունը այլ նաև հենց իրեն: Նաև հարցից խուսափողները փորձում են հարցին պատասխանել հենց նույն բառերով, որոնցով որ հարցը տրվել էր: Օրինակ՝ «Դու՞ ես ջարդել բաժակը:» «Ո՛չ, ես չեմ ջարդել բաժակը:»

  5. Նայում է ձեր աչքերին
    Աչքերը շատ բան կարող են ասել՝ ներառյալ նաև այն, թե ձեր դիմացինը խաբում է, թե ոչ: Միշտ աչքերին նայելը շատ կարևոր է ստախոսի համար: Եթե ձեր զրուցակիցը շատ ներթափանցող հայացքով ձեզ է նայում և փորձում է ամեն կերպ ուշադիր ձեր աչքերին նայել, ուրեմն զգուշացեք, քանի որ նա խաբում է ձեզ:

  6. Նա կծում է շուրթերը
    Շրթունքները կծելը ևս մեկ նշան է, որ ձեզ խաբում են: Սա ցույց է տալիս, որ ձեր դիմացինը վստահ չէ, թե ինչ է ցանկանում ասել: Այդ պահերին թքարտադրությունը նվազում է և կոկորդը չորանում է, ինչն էլ ստիպում է կծել և լիզել շրթունքները:

  7. Միշտ պաշտպանում են իրենց
    Ձեռքերը մարդու անկեղծությունը ցույց տվող ցուցիչներ են: Ուստի՝ եթե ձեր զրուցակիցը անընդհատ դիպչում է իր պարանոցին կամ փորձում է թաքցնել իր թույլ կողմերը, ուրեմն նա փորձում է պաշտպանել ինքն իրեն և հաստատ ինչ-որ բան է թաքցնում:

  8. Դիպչում է շուրթերին
    Նույնիսկ առանց գիտակցելու ստախոսը ինքն իրեն հեռացնում է խոսելուց: Երբ մարդիկ դիպչում են իրենց շուրթերին, նշանակում է՝ նրանք չեն ցանկանում ճշմարտությունն ասել և այդպես նրանք ուղղակի իրենք իրենց արգելում են խոսել:
