Իշխանությունները համաձայնել են գնալ ընտրություններից հետո ստորագրված ցուցակները հրապարակելու ճանապարհով՝ կարևորելով քաղաքական արդյունքը: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը:
«Ստորագրված ընտրացուցակների հրապարակումը խախտում է Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի պահանջը: Այդ խախտումը չի վերացել, սակայն մենք համարեցինք, որ այս պահին քաղաքական արդյունքը շատ ավելի կարևոր է, քան այդ խախտումը և գնացինք ցուցակները հրապարակելու ճանապարհով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հարությունյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անելու են, որպեսզի հասնցնեն մինչև 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կազմակերպել բոլոր աշխատանքները, որպեսզի ընտրություններն իրականացվեն նոր մեխանիզմներով:
Դիտարկմանը, թե հասարակական կազմակերպությունները հույս են հայտնել, որ խորհրդարանում ընտրական օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունները քննարկելու ժամանակ, գուցե, վերացվեն նաև դիտորդներին և լրագրողներին վերաբերող սահմանափակումները, Դավիթ Հարությունյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես չեմ տեսնում նման հնարավորություն: Յուրաքանչյուր կոմպրոմիսային առաջարկ քննարկվել է, որի արդյունքում ծնվել է այս փաստաթուղթը»:
Ազգային ժողովի 5 խմբակցություններ՝ ՀՀԿ-ն, ԲՀԿ-ն ՀՅԴ-ն, ՕԵԿ-ը և ՀԱԿ-ը, սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ստորագրել են փոխհամաձայնության մասին հայտարարություն, որի համաձայն ընտրություններից հետո կհրապարակվեն ստորագրված ընտրական ցուցակները, ինչպես նաև բոլոր ընտրատեղամասերում կտեղադրվեն տեսախցիկներ և ընտրական ողջ գործընթաքցը կտեսանկարահանվի:
