Շարմազանովը գլխավոր դատախազի թեկնածուին համակարգը շատ լավ պատկերացնող անձնավորություն է համարում

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի նշանակման հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ ընդդիմադիր որոշ գործիչների ելույթներին: ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նկատեց, որ հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ խոսվել է ամեն ինչից՝ բացի բուն խնդրից: «Հարգելի գործընկերներ, մենք ընտրում ենք դատախազ, այլ ոչ թե փրկիչ: Բերեցիք ամեն ինչ կապեցիք գլխավր դատախազի ընտրության հետ: Նախ՝ պետք չէ անձնավորել: Անընդհատ խոսում եք, որ նրա հրաժարականի պատճառները հայտնի չեն հանրությանը: Պաշտոնական պարզաբանումը կա… Հնարավո՞ր չէ, որ մարդն առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով հեռանա: Ինձ մի պահ թվաց, որ մենք ոչ թե Ազգային ժողովում ենք, այլ բժշկական լաբորատորիայում: Գևորգ Կոստանյանին առողջություն ենք մաղթում և շուտափույթ ապաքինում, որպեսզի նրա ուժն ու եռանդը օգտագործենք պետական այլ ոլորտներում: Խնդրում եմ, պետք չէ. մարդն այստեղ չէ, կանգնել ենք ինչ-որ բաներ ենք խոսում: Կոստանյանը կիրթ, սկզբունքային անձնվորություն է: Նրա աշխատանքի ընթացքում դատախազությունը բազում դրական արդյունքներ է ապահովել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Շարմազանովը:
Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում Արթուր Դավթյանի թեկնածությանը՝ Շարմազանովը նշեց, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ի նիստում լսել է նրա ելույթը, հարցուպատասխանը պատգամավորների հետ և կարող է փաստել, որ նա համակարգը շատ լավ պատկերացնող անձնավորություն է: «Ես ասում եմ, որ մենք գործ ունենք սկզբունքային գործչի հետ, ով գիտի իր վրա դրված պարտականությունները, գիտի, թե ինչ են իրենից սպասում և կարող է գտնել ճանապարհներ խնդիրները հաղթահարելու համար»,- ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
Նա հավելեց, որ հեռու է այն մտքից, թե դատախազությունում խնդիրներ չկան: Նա առաջարկեց համեմատել դատախազության այսօրվա վիճակը 10-20 տարի առաջ տիրող վիճակի հետ: «Կա՞ առաջընթաց, թե՞ չկա: Իհարկե, կա առաջընթաց: Թեկնածուն հանրամատչելի հայերենով ներկայացրեց այն ծրագիրը, որով ինքը կառավարվելու է: Եկեք խոսենք նրա մասին՝ բավարարո՞ւմ են մեզ նրա ծրագիրը, տեսլականը, գիտելիքները: Սրա մասին է պետք խոսել»,- հավելեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Եզրափակելով ելույթը՝ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը պատգամավորներին կոչ արեց ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալ գլխավոր դատախազի նշանակման քվեարկությանը: Նա հաջողություն մաղթեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի թեկնածուին՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ օրենսդիրը օժանդակելու է նրան իր հնարավորությունների և օրենքով իր վրա դրված լիազորությունների շրջանակներում:
