1. Տրանս – ճարպեր
Առավել մեծ քանակությամբ տրանս-ճարպեր են պարունակում կարտոֆիլի ֆրին, պոպկորնը, թխվածքաբլիթները, չիպսերը, կեքսերը և տորթերը։ Տրանս-ճարպերի չափից շատ օգտագործումը հանգեցնում է ճարպակալման և սրտի հիվանդությունների։ Ամերիկացի գիտնականները հավաստում են, որ դրանք նաև բորբոքային գործընթացներ են առաջացնում ամբողջ օրգանիզմում։ Բացի այդ՝ դրանք մեծապես նպաստում են ծերացման գործընթացին։
2. Գլյուկոզա – ֆրուկտոզային օշարակ
Այս օշարակը շաքարի էժանագույն փոխարինողն է, որն օգտագործվում է քաղցրավենիքի, պահածոների և գազավորված ըմպելիքների պատրաստման մեջ։ Այն լավացնում է մթերքների համը և երկարաձգում է պահպանման թույլատրելի ժամկետը։ Այս օշարակի պարբերական օգտագործումը կարող է հանգեցնել լյարդի և սրտանոթային ապարատի ֆունկցիայի ձախողման։ Այս մթերքը, բացասական ազդելով օրգանիզմի վրա, հանգեցնում է վաղաժամ ծերացմանը։

Աղը չի թողնում, որ ջուրը դուրս գա օրգանիզմից և հանդիսանում է հիպերտոնիայի և վաղաժամ ծերացման առաջին նախապայմաններից մեկը։ Փոխարինք աղը կանաչեղենով կամ այլ համեմունքներով։
