10 բան, որ արգելված են Սաուդյան Արաբիայի կանանց

Շատ մուսուլմանական երկրներում կանաց իրավունքները խիստ սահմանափակ են։ Բայց այդ առումով ամենախիստը Սաուդյան Արաբիայում է։ Այստեղ նորմաներն ու սահմանափակումները դրվում են ոչ թե օրինական և իրավական ճանապարհով, այլ մեծամասամբ՝ կրոնական համակարգի կողմից, որը քարոզում է որոշակի բարոյական սկզբունքներ։ Բոլոր մուսուլմանները խիստ հետևում են այդ սկզբունքներին և աշխատում են պահպանել ավանդույթները։ Չնայած այն, որ պատուհանից այն կողմ 21-րդ դարն է, կանանց մինչ հիմա արգելված է մեքենա վարել և փողոց դուրս գալ առանց տղամարդու ուղեկցության։ Օրենքի խախտման համար նրանց սպասվում է խիստ պատիժ կամ նույնիսկ մահ։
Ահա ներկայացնում ենք, թե ինչ է արգելված Սաուդյան Արաբիայի կանանց.
1. Առանց տղամարդ-խնամակալի թույլատվության կատարել որևէ գործողություն
Ամեն կին ունի խնամակալ։ Դա կարող է լինել ամուսինը, եղբայրը կամ հայրը։ Առանց նրանց թույլատվության, նա իրավունք չունի սովորել, ճանապարհորդել, աշխատել, ամուսնանալ և նույնիսկ վիրահատվել։ Ամեն իր գործողություն կինը պետք է համաձայնեցնի տղամարդ-խնամակալի հետ։
2. Լքել կանանց համար նախատեսված հատուկ տարածքը
Բոլոր հասարակական վայրերը բաժանված են երկու մասի՝ կանանց և տղամարդկանց գոտիների։ Այցելելով առևտրի կենտրոններ, լողափեր, այգիներ և նույնիսկ ուսումնական կենտրոններ, կանայք պետք է գտնվեն միմիայն կանանց համար առանձնացված հատուկ գոտիներում։ Կանաց գոտին լքելը համարվում է հանցագործություն։ Սաուդյան Արաբիայում նույնիսկ շատ տներ ունեն առանձին մուտքեր՝ տղամարդկանց և կանանց համար։ Տան կանացի տարածքը ոչ մի տղամարդ իրավունք չունի մտնել, բացի տիրոջից։
3. Վտանգի ենթարկել խնամակալի համբավը
Կանանց արգելված է շփվել անծանոթ տղամարդկանց հետ։ Դա կարող է բերել նրան, որ տղամարդը կորցնի իր պատիվը հասարակության աչքերում։ Կնոջը, ով համարձակվել է խոսել անծանոթ տղամարդու հետ՝ կարող են բանտ նստեցնել կամ նույնիսկ սպանել։ Թվում է թե այդքան անմեղ զբաղմունք, ինչպիսին է սոցիալական ցանցերում շփումը, արդյունքում բերեց նրան, որ հարազատ հայրը սպանեց իր աղջկան։
4. Մեքենա վարել
Կանանց խիստ արգելված է մեքենա վարել։ Նրանք նաև չեն կարող ստանալ վարորդական իրավունք։ Կրոնավորները կնոջ կողմից մեքենա վարելը համարում են մեղք։ Եվ դա զարմանալի չէ։ Եթե նա իրավունք չունի տնից դուրս գալ առանց տղամարդու թույլտվության, ապա ի՞նչ մեքենա վարելու մասին է գնում խոսքը։
5. Ամուսին ընտրել
Որքան էլ որ ջանացին վերացնել ստիպողաբար ամուսնությունները, բայց փեսայի և հարսի հոր պայմանավորվածությունը համարվում է պարտադիր։ Բայց վատն այն է, որ այս երկրում չկա ամուսնական տարիքի որևէ սահմանափակում։ Համարվում է, որ աղջիկը կարող է կնության գնալ սկսած 9 տարեկանից, իսկ տղան՝ 15։ Բնական է, որ այդ տարիքում ոչ մեկ ամուսին չի ընտրում։ Ընդ որում երկրում թույլատրված է բազմակնությունը և տղամարդը կարող է ունենալ մինչև չորս կին։
