Մերի Հակոբյանի գեղեցկության գաղտնիքները

Wnews.am-ը շարունակում է ներկայացնել հարցազրույցների շարքը, որում հայ հայտնիները կիսվում են գեղեցկության իրենց գաղտնիքներով։
Այս անգամ գեղեցկության իր գաղտնիքների մասին Wnews.am-ին պատմել է «Աբելի քույրը» հեռուստասերիալի դերասանուհի Մերի Հակոբյանը։
Որքա՞ն ժամանակ եք հատկացնում ամենօրյա դիմահարդարմանը։
Պետք է ասեմ, որ շպարվել սիրում եմ, բայց չարաշահել՝ ոչ։ Չեմ սիրում, երբ կոսմետիկան շատ է, ինձ մոտ միանգամից դիսկոմֆորտ է առաջանում։ Ամենօրյա դիմահարդարումս տեւում է մաքսիմում յոթ րոպե։
Դիմահարդարման ո՞ր պարագաներն եք միշտ օգտագործում։
Տոնային քսուկ։
Ինչպե՞ս եք խնամում մաշկը։ Կա՞ մի բաղադրատոմս, որով կցանկանայիք կիսվել։
Նախ պետք է ասեմ, որ երբեք դիմահարդարումով չեմ քնում, իմ մաշկը չոր է, ուստի խոնավեցնող դիմակներն ու քսուկներն ինձ շատ են պետք գալիս։ Դիմակ օգտագործելուց առաջ մաշկս պիլինգ եմ անում մեռած բջիջները հեռացնելու համար, հետո գոլ ջրով մաքրում եմ դեմքս եւ օգտագործում կաթնաշոռով դիմակ. այն շատ հեշտ է օգտագործել տնային պայմաններում։
Դիմակի բաղադրատոմսը հետեւյալն է. 1ճաշի գդալ կաթնաշոռ, 1 ճգ. թթվասեր, 1 ձվի դեղնուց,1 ճգ. կիտրոնի հյութ։ Կաթնաշոռը լավ հարել թթվասերի եւ ձվի դեղնուցի հետ, ավելացնել կիտրոնահյութը, քսել դեմքին եւ թողնել 15 20 րոպե, որից հետո լվանալ գոլ ջրով։
Որքա՞ն հաճախ եք այցելում գեղեցկության սրահներ, սպա կենտրոններ։
Սա պարտադիր պայման է. չես կարող չայցելել գեղեցկության սրահ եւ լինել մաքսիմալ խնամված։ Կարծում եմ՝ յուրաքանչյուր իգական սեռի ներկայացուցիչ հասկանում է՝ ինչի մասին եմ խոսում։
Արդյո՞ք այցելում եք մարզասրահ։
Հիմա, գրաֆիկիս հետ կապված մարզասրահ չեմ կարողանում այցելել, բայց տանն ունեմ մարզվելու պարագաներ, երեկոյան նույնիսկ մեր շենքի աստիճաններն եմ բարձրանում- իջնում մի քանի անգամ։
Հետեւու՞մ եք սննդակարգին։
Չեմ կարող ասել՝ խիստ հետեւում եմ, բայց երեկոյան ժամերին, երբ ուտելու ցանկություն է առաջանում, չեմ բացում սառնարանի դուռը։
Դիետաներ պահու՞մ եք։
Նիհարելու դիետաներ՝ ոչ, բայց սննդային դիետաներ, օրգանիզմը մաքրող դիետաներ՝ այո։ Դրանք չեն արվում՝ քաշը նվազեցվելու համար։
Որքա՞ն ժամանակ եք ամեն օր հատկացնում Ձեր արտաքինին։
Եթե տանն եմ, ամբողջ օրը կարող եմ ինձնով զբաղվել։ Հիմա մազերիս երանգն եմ փոխել եւ ավելի կենտրոնացել եմ դրանց որակը պահելու վրա, ուստի խնամքն էլ ավելի շատ է։
Ի՞նչը կփոխեիք Ձեր արտաքինում։
Մեծամտություն չթվա, բայց ոչինչ։ Ես շնորհակալ եմ Աստծուն, ինչ տվել է ինձ։
Ո՞վ է գեղեցկության Ձեր խորհրդանիշը։
Քույրս. ունեմ զույգ քույր, ով ինձ համար չափից շատ գեղեցիկ է, իմ գեղեցկության խորհրդանիշը նա է։
