Գլխացավը մեր իրականության ամենատհաճ խնդիրներից մեկն է. մենք բոլորս էլ տառապում ենք առողջական այս բարդույթով՝ ինչը մեծապես խանգարում է նախընտրելի կենսակերպը վարել։

BlogNews –ը որոշել է բացահայտել, թե գլխացավերի ինչ տեսակներ են լինում և որոնք են գլխացավի հիմնական պատճառները։

Մարդկանց մոտ հաճախ հանդիպում են գլխացավերի 4 տեսակներ՝ սինուսային, լարվածության, միգրենային և տեղային։ Սակայն իրականում այս գլխացավերը տարբերվում են միայն ցավի բնույթով։ Այստեղ ավելի կարևոր է իմանալ, թե ինչը կարող է առաջացնել վերը նշված գլխացավերից որևէ մեկը։ Իհարկե կան նաև շատ պատճառներ, սակայն մենք առանձնացրել ենք 6 ամենահաճախ հանդիպողները։

1. Սթրես


Գլխացավերը անհանգստացնում են միլիոնավոր մարդկանց։ Երբ դա պատահում է, ավելի կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե ինչի հետևանք է գլխացավը։ Ցավոք սրտի սթերը, որը ուղեկցում է մեզ ամենուրեք, գլխացավի հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն է։ Սթրեսի պատճառով առաջացած գլխացավի դեմ պայքարելու միջոցը հանգիսն է և մեդիտացիան։

2. Անառողջ սնունդ


Անառողջ սնունդը կարող է շատ վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ, ինչպես նաև գլխացավեր առաջացնել։ Փորձեզ ավելի առողջ մթերքներ ուտել և հեռու մնացեք կոֆեինից։

3. Սխալ դեղահաբեր
