Ռոստովում հայ երիտասարդի մասնակցությամբ վթարը սադրել է հենց ամբոխը

ՌԴ Ռոստովի մարզում 23-ամյա հայ երիտասարդի սպանության մեջ ազգային պատկանելության հարց չկա, կոնֆլիկտը կենցաղային բնույթ է կրել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է Ռոստովի մարզի հայկական համայնքի ղեկավար Հարություն Սուրմալյանը։
Նա պատմել է, որ ժամը մեկի սահմաններում Ռաֆայել Խլղաթյանը հոր հետ՝ ոչ սթափ վիճակում, մեքենայով սրընթաց անցել է մարդկանց կողքով՝ փոշու ալիք բարձրացնելով։ «Դա նրանց զայրացրել է։ Անցորդները երեւի թե նույնպես ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ են եղել։ Երբ Խլղաթյանը դուրս է եկել մեքենայից, ամբոխը հարձակվել է նրա վրա, ծեծել նրան, եւ նա ողբերգական մահով մահացել է»,- ասել է Հարություն Սուրմալյանը։
Հարցին, թե քանի մարդ է ծեծել երիտասարդին, հայ համայնքի ղեկավարը պատասխանել է. «Հնարավոր է, որ այնտեղ 30-40 մարդ լիներ։ Դե նույնպես հարբած, գիշերը ժամը մեկին։ Հիմա իրավիճակը վերահսկողության տակ է»։
Սուրմալյանը նշել է, որ կալանավորվել է հիմնական կասկածյալը, որին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՌԴ ՔՕ 105-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն (սպանություն)։ Եվս մեկ կասկածյալի ձերբակալել են։ Փորձագետները ուսումնասիրում են տեսագրությունը եւ պարզում են ծեծողների ինքնությունը, քանի որ շատ մարդիկ կային, որոնք ուղղակի այնտեղ կանգնած են եղել։
«Հարցը քննվում է բարձր մակարդակով, մենք այսօր հանդիպել ենք անձամբ նահանգապետի հետ»,- եզրափակել է Ռոստովի հայկական համայնքի ղեկավարը։
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվում էր, որ 23-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ գազանաբար հաշվեհարդար էին տեսել նրա համագյուղացիները։ Ոստիկանության տեղեկություններով՝ անցյալ կիրակի, երբ Սինյավսկոե գյուղում նշում էին գյուղի տոնը, երիտասարդը նստել էր մեքենայի ղեկին, կորցրել ղեկի կառավարումը եւ բախվել կայանված մեքենաներին, ինչի համար նրան դաժան ծեծի էին ենթարկել։
Վնասված մեքենաների սեփականատերերի ինքնությունն արդեն պարզ է։ Նրանք բոլորը Սինյավսկոե գյուղի բնակիչներ են։ Իսկ թե ով է ծեծի ենթարկել տղային եւ նրա հորը, պարզ չէ։ Բացառված չէ, որ դրանք տեղաբնիկներ չեն եղել։ Ռոստովի մարզի քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել է, որ կասկածյալների շրջանակն արդեն հայտնի է։ Ներկայումս միջադեպի բոլոր մասնակիցներին հարցաքննում են։ Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ «Դիտավորյալ կերպով մահացու մարմնական վնասվածք» հասցնելու հոդվածով։ Ձերբակալվել է հաշվեհարդարի մեկ մասնակից։ Հարցաքննության ընթացքում միանգամից մի քանի վկա հայտնել են, որ ճակատագրական հարվածը, որից մահացել է Ռաֆայել Խլղաթյանը, հասցրել է 46-ամյա Անդրեյ Զ.-ն։
