Զինված ուժերի ժողովրդավարական վերահսկողության Ժնևի կենտրոնը սեմինար է անցկացրել ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում

Սեպտեմբերի 13-ից 16-ը Երևանում էր Զինված ուժերի ժողովրդավարական վերահսկողության Ժնևի կենտրոնի պատվիրակությունը՝ կենտրոնի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, դոկտոր Ֆիլիպ Ֆլյուրիի գլխավորությամբ: Այցի նպատակն էր քննարկել Զինված ուժերի ժողովրդավարական վերահսկողության Ժնևի կենտրոնի և ՀՀ ոստիկանության միջև 2016 թ. տարեկան համագործակցության ծրագրի կատարման ընթացքը, ինչպես նաև մասնակցել ոստիկանության կրթահամալիրում ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի աջակցությամբ կազմակերպված «Գենդերային քաղաքականությունը ոստիկանությունում» թեմայով միջազգային սեմինարին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկացավ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական կայքից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «Սեպտեմբերի 14-ին ոստիկանության շտաբի պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Զաքարյանն ընդունեց Զինված ուժերի ժողովրդավարական վերահսկողության Ժնևի կենտրոնի ղեկավարի տեղակալ դոկտոր Ֆիլիպ Ֆլյուրիին և ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի ռազմաքաղաքական հարցերով պատասխանատու Բեռնհարդ Ֆրանկլ ին:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Զինված ուժերի ժողովրդավարական վերահսկողության Ժնևի կենտրոնի և ՀՀ ոստիկանության միջև 2016 թ. տարեկան համագործակցության ծրագրի կատարման ընթացքը և այն հիմնական ուղղությունները և առաջիկա ծրագրերը, որոնցով ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի անմիջական աջակցությամբ կիրականացվեն մի շարք միջոցառումներ: Նաև կրկին անգամ վերահաստատեց Զինված ուժերի ժողովրդավարական վերահսկողության կենտրոնի` ՀՀ ոստիկանության հետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունները շարունակելու պատրաստակամությունը:
Այցի շրջանակներում սեպտեմբերի 13-իÖ 14-ը ՀՀ ոստիկանության կրթահամալիրում կազմակերպվեց «Գենդերային քաղաքականությունը ոստիկանությունում. Հավասար հնարավորություններ բոլորի համար» թեմայով երկօրյա սեմինար ոստիկանության ծառայողների համար, որը վարում էին միջազգային փորձագետներ Հիթեր Հութանենը և Միա Տուոմինենը:
Սեմինարի ընթացքում փորձագետները ներկայացրին ոլորտում առկա միջազգային փորձը, զարգացումները, հարցի վերաբերյալ տարբեր երկրներում կիրառվող լուծումները, իսկ մասնակիցների կողմից սպառիչ պարզաբանումներ տրվեցին Հայաստանում խնդրի հանդեպ առկա մոտեցումների վեր աբերյալ:
Սեմինարը կրում էր ինտերակտիվ բնույթ: Ոլորտի վերաբերյալ նախնական ուսումնասիրություններ կատարելու նպատակով փորձագետները մի շարք հանդիպումներ ունեցան նաև ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում, մասնավորապես, Քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր, Կադրերի, Իրավաբանական, Ներքին անվտանգության վարչություններում, ՀՀ ոստիկանության կրթահամալիրում, շտաբում, այցելեցին նաև ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Կենտրոնականի բաժին: 
Հանդիպումների արդյունքում փորձագետների կողմից կմշակվի մեթոդական ուղեցույց՝ նշված ոլորտում աշխատանքներն առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու նպատակով»:
