Քլինթոնը Թրամփից պահանջում է ներողություն խնդրել այն հայտարարության համար, որ Օբաման ծնվել է ոչ ԱՄՆ-ում

Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունից ԱՄՆ նախագահի թեկնածու Հիլարի Քլինթոնը իր մրցակից-հանրապետական Դոնալդ Թրամփից պահանջել է նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայից ներողություն խնդրել այն ենթադրության համար՝ իբր Օբաման ծնվել է ոչ ԱՄՆ-ում, և սահմանադրության համաձայն չէր կարող ընտրվել նախագահ: Այդ մասին հայտնում է RIA Novosti-ն:
Թրամփը միայն այս շաբաթ է պաշտոնապես խոստովանել, որ Օբաման ծնվել է ԱՄՆ-ում: Մինչ այդ Թրամփը երկար տարիներ եղել է «ծնվողներ» անունը ստացած ոչ պաշտոնական շարժման առաջնորդը, որը ապացուցում էր, որ Օբաման ծնվել է ոչ թե Հավայի նահանգում, այլ Քենիայում: Այդ պատճառով Սպիտակ տունը տարածել է Օբամայի ծննդյան վկայականի պատճենը:
«Նա (Թրամփը) 5 տարի գլխավորել է «ծնվողներ» շարժումը, որպեսզի լիգիտիմությունից զրկի մեր առաջին սևամորթ նախագահին: Նրա նախընտրական արշավը հիմնվել է այդ վրդովեցուցիչ ստի վրա: Դա չի կարելի ջնջել պատմությունից»,- ասել է Քլինթոնը: «Հենց երեկ Թրամփը կրկին հրաժարվեց սեփական բառերով ասելուց, որ նախագահը ծնվել է ԱՄՆ-ում»,- ավելացրել է Քլինթոնը՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ Թրամփը այդ փաստը ընդունել է ոչ թե անձամբ, այլ մամլո քարտուղարի միջոցով:
